Lashy yes, In is from Indian and Chins of course from Chinese. When I lived in Seattle, that was teh first time I went there and pigged out. They even had a handheld rickshaw in the front of the restaurant which reminded me of Calcutta.

When you will be in Seattle go and have lunch or dinner there. Now they have 2 locations there, one in Redmond and one in Bellevue. Redmond one is very near to Microsoft. 😃

Bindup, they have your momos both veggie and non-veg and available either steamed or pan-fried. 😃

Go to Bamboo-gardens.com or search as Inchins Bamboo garden to see the menu. It has the regular chilli chicken or gobi manchurian but over and above it has spicy chilli crispy corn, spicy crispy chilli potatoes, curry puffs, chinese bhel, Oriental Biriyani, lettuce wraps, lots of veggies options, paneer 65 etc etc etc. Mouthwatering, isn't it? 😃
