Wasn't really excited about the earlier one... nor about this one either😕... it might generate excitement in some circles, but that excitement is definitely not a part of areas/circles I frequent... in all fairness, I think it generates more buzz in countries like Canada and Australia who still seem to have some form of connection with the royal family.

Here, the royal family are viewed as nothing more than a 'symbol' of UK now... like other cultural symbols that hold little value other than entertainment... basically, a tourist attraction... and maybe some nice feed for the style-media when they tire on reporting about red carpets and actor/actress flings😕

Truly speaking, they appear to be the butt of many jokes around here and grate against the nerves of most commoners' for many reasons (for e.g. continuing to own most land in UK, yet taxes are not compulsory etc)...

It's strange - having figures that represent monarchy in a country with fiercely-democratic and modernist views!!!

But how do I address you.Earlier I read most of the stories of JOJA but i did not comment as whichever story I liked or commented upon, the author would promptly discontinue (rkg,pbd,kingdom of dreams,no name to my desire,etc) I thought I was jinxed--'am not supersticious touch-wood! but a few of Lashy's lines compelled me to appreciate and applaud openly,I read some chapters and lines again,again again and yet again. I understand your feeling - all of the stories you've listed above are those with high-readership and have yet been left incomplete midway (those like PBD, three-quarters way... Jhanu😭). 😕
