(Sahib rushed near Harkha and tried his best to relieve her discomfort. But Harkha just could not breathe. Her face was red and flushed with tears)

PHIR SAHIB NE ZOR SE PHOOK KE KIYA KUCHH AISA CHAMATKAAR

KHAASI AAYI, NALI KHULI, AUR BEH NIKLI PAANI KI DHAAR

(Then Sahib held her face and blew on it. That caused her to cough and cleared the windpipe, and the extra water got cleared)

POORE PRAKARAN MEIN HARKHA NE SAHIB KA ANGRAKHA THHAMA PURZOR

SHWAAS CHALI TO SAHIB NE SAMETA HARKHA KO APNE HRIDAY KI ORE

(Throughout the incident, Harkha held on tightly to Sahib's angrakha. Once she started breathing, Sahib hugged her)

BOLE, 'HEERA, MAIN SAATH HOON TUMHARE, HAMESHA SURAKSHIT RAKHOONGA

KISI BHI CHINTA KO KABHI TUMHARE AAS PAAS NAHI AANE DOONGA'

(Having said that Sahib kissed Harkha's tender lips. What he felt was as if he had had a heavenly journey)

KEHNA THHA KUCHH AUR, PAR BOLI, 'SAHIB NA KAREIN BALPOORVAK PRAYAAS'

(Harkha's mind was full of several thoughts, all of which were now in disarray. She wanted to collect her thoughts and say something else, but all she blurted out was, ' please don't force me')

STABDH RAH GAYE SAHIB EKDUM, JHAT KHUD KO HARKHA SE DOOR KIYA

SRISHTI KA DIYA PHOOLON KA GULDASTA, KAANTE DEKH HARKHA NE TOD DIYA

(Sahib was stunned and he immediately moved away from Harkha. Nature had given Harkha a beautiful bouquet of flowers. Alas! She broke it fearing the thorns!)

Me is no professional medical doctor re, just happen to have knowledge on these. It usually takes about a week to 10 days to get back to normal temperature based on the severity of heat stroke. I'm not sure how long Manu has been sick for. For complete recovery it takes like a month.

Plenty of fluids with salt and a pinch of sugar. Salt intake depends on her body sodium levels at this point. Also cold patti and fever reducing medication. Stay in shade.

But if its been long then they might have to do more diagnosis on her kidney function (hope that's not the case).
