Lana, the ETAs are young. The oldest I had in my previous school , Jenna ,was 29.

One of the reasons for them to become an ETA is precisely that- to travel and explore the world with all expenses paid.😃

Yes, I can imagine the cost of living in the States.😊

Oh, all expenses are paid, is it? Yes, I know, they simply want to travel the world and earn experience.

Leisure...hmmm...Rose, that is why I am here with you all! This is my leisure and therapy and chilling out session! 😃 I get to unwind myself, liberate myself and dip into the lake of creativity and shining in the aura of humour and laughter! 😛

But I am lazy bone, I don't feel like going out to have fun!! Actually, I work so hard all throughout the week that I don't feel like leaving the house on the weekends. Tomorrow is Saraswati Puja celebration here but most probably I will not go! Feel lethargic in getting dolled up and then drive all that way to attend the puja and catch up with friends. I am a complete homebody! 😃 And I will get solid thrashing I know for not showing up! 😛

Yesterday my kiddos played a prank on me!! I was talking to one of them and I could feel he was smirking and I was trying to gauge what the reason was. And I suddenly saw a creepy creature in front of my eyes!! The loudest shriek of my life I gave out almost having a heart attack!

Then turned around and saw the rest of the bunch standing and laughing their hearts out! But seeing my face they stopped immediately and started mouthing 'sorry' profusely!! Then all came and gave me a hug!! Ab kya boloon!!? Finally, just told them not to do this prank on anyone! I detest bugs or insects of any kind, specially spiders and they knew!

Hope your ETA's get to have a great time there. I know quite a few young grad's here too go over the the far east countries on a similar programme. A Nephew of mine did it a couple of years ago & did his travels around the region & came back. The Y gens have a lot of opportunities these days which is a great life experience.

Lana - You remind me of my son's 'conversations' with any creepy crawly's until I go & remove them. Mostly during the summer time if even a harmless ant shows up by the door side he will say " Sorry this is my home I live inside. You live out side & then hollers at me to come & remove it. 😆
