Even in 21st century,inter-religion and inter-caste marriages are a taboo in our society and this couple had taken the path centuries ago,albeit for the political reasons.Anyone who has an idea of the relation these two shared would admire Akbar and MUZ as a couple.

This is a beautiful scene. The loving looks that Jalal and Jodha give each other are there for all to see. One cannot help remember the actual wedding when the duo looked at each other with hatred in their eyes, Jalal in a perpetual sneer and Jodha with eyes smoldering with rage.

This contrast is one of the reasons why this show appeals so much even after it ended.
