Naturally everybody's looks will be on Shanaaz, but not on the person whom she is looking at, to identify. Adam managed in signaling her to say no, by nodding his head and by his looks. Shehnaaz didn't want to waste this opportunity to get rid of Todarmal and accused him as culprit, because he warned Shanaaz that he is going to inform Shehensha that she tried to sneak into shehensha's room and guards are the witness for it. She points her finger towards Todarmal, Shahensha couldn't believe it and asked her again. Todarmal accuses that Shanaaz is lying and Maham supports Shanaaz and Shanaaz dramatizes, accusing Todarmal as culprit and asks to punish him and emotionally manipulates Jodha by saying that "this man is very bad", Because Shehnaaz has already told Jodha and she has not taken it seriously. Maham is happy as the situation turned in her favor. Ruku knows who would be the culprit because of her previous experience in Moti case. Shehnaaz pain is not completely a drama; she is a victim, but she pointed finger towards an innocent person instead of culprit for her selfish motives. Jodha was not fooled but she was manipulated. Jalal interrogates Todarmal, and after his converstion with him, jalal was sure that todarmal wouldn't do such a thing and has faith in Todarmal and assures that he will definitely go through the information that Todarmal has given to him but in this case of accusation of Shehnaaz, he couldn't do anything. Once HB told Jodha for her question that, "in this Mughal Salthanath, if an innocent has no proof for his/her innocence, will that person be treated as criminal? (In Moti - Adam case,) HB told that "No,If proofs are against a person,then that person will be considered as criminal". Here also the same thing is happening,the victim is accusing an innocent.
