Hello. :)
One thing that I can agree with you 100% is that the Akbar they show is no where next to GREAT at all. He is shown as not doing much work, hardly going to war, most of the time is hanging around in the harem and spends half his time in the DEK making decisions on stupid issues such as Anarkali. The aura of the GREAT MONARCH Akbar was frankly lost quite a while ago. Sometimes it is better off to maybe forget the fact that this is the same Akbar. Frankly they never did Justice to Akbar, a figure that I loved from 7th standard, the first time I learnt about him in History Class. There has not been a monarch as enigmatic as him. The CV's had so much to work with. They could have shows his efficent war strategies, his awesome harem protection, his super high religious tolerance, his Gujrat campaign but they stuck to showing fiction.
So now we know they prefer NR, so it is time to take this NR with a pinch of salt. BEcause this current track is one of the most positive NR's we have gotten in quite a while. It was believed that Akbar himself helped in carrying brick around during the building of Fathepur Sikri, so him acting as a commoner is not that far off. But the whipping was an absolute NO-NO. That was BAD.
I am a cheesy person at heart, so I adore this love story of contrasts one true love thing, so I watch the serial for Akdha, and Rajat. <3 I have come to appreciate Paridhi too as a really good actress.
But from an emotional aspect, crying does not make a person weak does it? Every person however strong he is will have some point for which he will cry his heart out, that does not make the person WEAK. And in this serial Jodha is that one person Jalal will cry for. There is nothing wrong in that. Infact it even takes strength to cry. Behind every great aura, you never know whats going on, this is just one interpretation of that.
Nowadays he is doing so much jodha n jodha 😕Originally posted by: ghalibmirza

Mandy who will cry buckets like that,in benzo track he was young and in love but now he is father of so many kids and es umar me yeh sab shobha nahi deta maybe silet tears but not roaming like this and than jodha jodha jap
Yup it's true that cvs, ph has butcher all the noble mughals very cruelly for glorification of jodha begum n her rajwanshi blood it's ok in the name of N R, i wanted to see a fresh love story of a great mughal emperor with new or not so famous but strong actors as main lead though history was never fofollowed but fresh love story of different people from different culture was main attraction with fresh face, even though story was not so good but brilliant performance by lead was the reason to follow the show even if today also I would be watch the show for the same reason i like nr if they focus on jodha jalal n famous incidents of their life n how jalal become a great ruler of his time along with his love story with muz
Agree ..it's ok that you focus on female lead but destroying make lead that too in characterisation of great AKBAR is ridiculous 😡Originally posted by: ghalibmirza
my dear i had heard from my source that ekta always wanted to make this show jodha centric, all her shows show the male lead only active until sr then she kills the male lead by making him ghulam or shoves him in the background..she tried to do the same here but somehow it has become a royal mess now!
