Guys,
Thanks all, for your views and concern as well. :)
It was ok type episode from my perspective. When i told my mother, that his wife has been kidnapped, she remarked -> Mostly this guy keeps running to save his wife. :-P
BottomLine : She wanted some change. I guess, it will happen slowly.
Nothing major happened today except introduction of Anar into the story. But, that was needed, since SA has been introduced they will have to show Anar and Salim a LITTLE BIT, so that their story moves forward and then only it will end. But, that should be with in tolerable limits. I won't be able to see SA for long duration daily.
Someone asked - Did Salim really fought in this war... Then the answer is no. :)
As Salim was around 12 at the time of this war, and Murad was around 11.
Actual war was fought between Man Singh + Bhagwan Das and forces of Hakim. A very beautiful description is given in Akbarnama with minute details and it looks like reading an action novel..
Meanwhile Akbar proceeded to Kabul with army of 50,000 horses alone.! The "nominal command" was given to Salim and Murad..
Only this much happened...But here we dont have Akbar or Man Singh.
We have Salim handling it. :-P
It's another NR.
I would have loved to see Man Singh and Akbar's "teaming up" act.
Yes Salim was up in arms , but against his own father, later. :-P
And lastly, i have one thing to say...
Ignore what you don't like ; and BELIEVE what YOU PERSONALLY THINK is correct, NOT just based on hearsay about anyone. I prefer personally knowing a person, rather than spreading gossip about anyone - whether among my social circle or historical legends. :)
It is better to disagree openly / honestly than to criticise someone when / where the person cannot defend him/herself and not give views to clarify the wrongly quoted / manipulated info about him/her . These are certain ETHICS which i have been taught..
Says Rumi , quote to be taken in symbolic manner -> " Be occupied, then, with what you really value and let the thief take something else. Be silent. Let the One ' who creates words ' - speak, as He made the door, He made the lock, He also made the key."
Being silent is not a sign of weakness but of maturity and self-control. Rumi says one should be concerned with only one's own work for everything else is taken care of by the supreme force.
Thanks for the wonderful views. :)
