Susan, remember what that Pandit told Jo abt her dreams... that her dream abt the blood coming out from Jalal's chest , means he is going to be badly hurt... may be it will be a life attack, or may be somebody very close and very trusted will be found to be the real backstabber, which will give Jalal pain..

now I feel it's related to Salim and Mirza Hakim, both... Jalal will find out abt Salim Anar, and then father son rivalry will start... on other hand, after so many charges against him, and finding Akbar's lack of trust, Maan sing will go back to Amer...

later Akbar himself will find out abt Maan's decision being right and he himself will go to Amer to manaofy Maan, and get him back... and then Maan will reveal Mansoor's real face and Mirza's backstabbing...

hope Ruku's real face comes in front of him when salim will rebel

Just lik v guessed that fort is for jo n jalal says it's their mihabbat ka nishani in promo by killin ppl who r against it...felt bad for jalla insulting maan.. Sure akdha fights will b there n jo won't leave jalal...I think soon attack hapoens n jo may take that attack
