Jodha was still sitting on the couch in her room when she feels thirsty. So she gets up cautiously to fetch some water from the jug nearby. Suddenly she feels a pain, an unbearable pain in her tummy. She gives a disturbing and shrill scream- Aah! . She had no energy left in her so she begins to fall down. She is scared not for herself, but for her children. She closes her eyes and do's a quick prayer to her kanha to keep her children safe and sound. Thankfully she falls on the couch to her relief in the midst of her pain also she manages to say a thank you to her kanha, but she falls on the couch with a thud alarming Moti who is coming to Jodha's room. She comes inside and when she sees' Jodha's condition she is flabbergasted. She calls the maids from outside and tells one maid to call the hakima soon and asks the others maids to help her make Jodha lie on the bed. They somehow manage to make Jodha lie on the bed, but there was no sign that her pain has reduced. She kept on mumbling - mere bache . Know she is also panting. This when the hakima enters running as it was informed to her that it is an emergency situation. She is terrified to see the queen in such a horrifying situation. She sends all the maids expect moti out. All the maids and moti begin to pray for the queen's well being. By know Jodha had drifted away into the unconscious world as she could not bear the pain anymore. The hakima is doing her treatment. After sometime she declares that Jodha and her children are safe and sound. There is nothing to worry; she will come back when Jodha comes back into her senses. On the other hand in jalal's chamber a woman is there with him. The woman is none other than Atifa she was busy flirting Jalal. Little did Jalal know what she was up to. She had come in Jalal life by Maha chucak's orders to destroy his life. To snatch everything he ever loved. Be it Jodha or their children. Jalal had narrated the whole incident to Atifa which had taken place four days ago. Atifa tries to provoke Jalal against Jodha and she succeeds by saying - Shehanshah kya ap humse mohabbat nahi karte? Kya ap sirf meri aur akarshit ho rahe hain? Jalal wipes her tears and says to Atifa- Hum sirf apse mohabbat karteap roye mat. Jalal promises himself that he will take revenge for Atifa's tears. After few hours the hakima comes to check Jodha as she is conscious by know.

The hakima informs her to take special care of herself, cause the last four months of pregnancy are very crucial and tells her that like this sudden pain in the tummy is not a good sign. Right know they three a fine, but if this situation occurs again it will be risky for her as well as the children. She says she needs to inform Shehanshah. To which Jodha replies just inform him about the children not about her and then she say's inform him when he asks to which the hakima agrees and then she goes . Before going she prescribes some medicines for Jodha and asks Moti to take special care of Jodha. After the departure of the hakima a maids comes and informs Jodha that Shehanshah is calling her in his chambers. Jodha is surprised and thinks - why is he calling me? Is he calling me to ask about my health? No she replies to herself if he wants to ask about your health he can come by himself. She politely tells the maid to tell Jalal that she is not well so she cannot come and she is sorry. The maid goes and informs Jalal what Jodha has said. Jalal misunderstands her that she is ignoring him. He is fuming with anger. He goes to Jodha s room .

Promo- Jalal raises his hand to slap Jodha and Jodha closes her eyes in disbelief, but somebody stops Jalal from slapping Jodha.
