Heena Parmar to play Anarkali in Jodha Akbar

So finally the search is over!

One of the most romantic couples in the history, Salim and Anarkali's love story will be brought alive on TV screen in Zee TV's Jodha Akbar (Balaji Telefilms).

As per media reports, after roping in good looking Ravi Bhatia as Salim, the makers have now zeroed on the petite Heena Parmar to play the beautiful courtesan who will be buried alive in a wall as her punishment to love a royal prince.

Heena has earlier been part of shows like Main Lakshmi Tere Angan Ki, Punar Vivah and Itti Si Khushi.

Also Jyotsna Chandila will be seen playing Salim's wife Maan Bai in the show.

Heena has already started shooting and her entry will air soon.
