Hi friends, it is pretty obvious that the end is coming soon. This Maan Bai thing is instructive. Either Ekta and team are panicking over the falling TRP's and have concluded that Anarkali will not stop the slide, so they want to do a reboot of the Jodha Akbar saga with Salim- Man Bai. The culture clash is always good ratings material.

Or they deliberately want the ratings to fall further so that they can justify shutting the show . Considering the quality of the new actors chosen, this seems more plausible.

Either way, Jodha Akbar is a tail spin, it is not halting it's fall any time soon. An early shut down is good, Rajat and Paridhi have the chance to enjoy their fame, before the ludicrous happenings in the show drag them down.

All in all, a positive development. I always like a quick end to the pain, rather than drag the misery over time.
