Got a Clue on yesterdays epi

Hello friends
I think I got a clue according to the Zee man talks he said we will be getting clues so I got a clue and its that when hakima was checking the medicine and she found it okay she started talking loudly but they didn't show who she is talking to and showed the Zeenat sides veiw where she could only see Hakima.
I think someone among from Salima and Hakima are hand in hand and investigating.
And even the precap shows that Hussain is dead declared by Hakima but Hussain didn't show any symptoms.
