A wonderful episode.👏
Normally 10 minutes or more of Jodha and her speeches get on my nerves, but today was full of Jodha and her speeches, and yet I felt it wonderful.😲. Can't believe myself! 😕😲😳 Jodha and Paridhi were very good. One of Paridhi's best, where she was emotional without being dramatic, where she spoke without sounding pakhandi😉 and her expressions conveyed understanding. That she respected his anger and hurt, and wished to help him overcome it, instead of finding fault and lecturing as she normally does is what has made this track rise above others. See how much good scripting and good dialogues can change the very feel of the show! Why do I feel that some of the old 90 that quit have returned! The only jarring dialogue today was 'ahankar'. Jalal is nowhere ahankaari. He is just a hurt son. It is his pain that prevents him from reaching out to his badiammi, not his ahankaar as a shahenshah! A totally misfit word! And Jalal as the hurt son, who wishes to shut himself from the mother figure, yet whose love for her cannot be overcome was wonderful, as usual. 👏He is any mother's dream son. HB must have done so much punya in her previous birth to beget a son like Jalal😳 His love for his badi ammi has not yet evaporated inspite of her lying to him to separate him from his love and causing him pain, and inspite of her attempt to dethrone him and inspite of her curse. Rajat was fantastic as a person torn between a son and a king, torn between his love for MA for the past and his hurt for her for the recent past. That he finally overcame his hurt and forgave her speaks why he had it in him to become Akbar, the Great.👏
