Divya, loved you take on the leap...if there is a leap I am going to stop watching JA for sure.

There is so much that can be shown from Akbar's life -which is why I can't understand what is stopping the CVs from doing so. Going by their current attitude, Salim-Anarkali or any other story will suffer the same step-motherly treatment (as you pointed out).

JA has lost its charm, and I am trying hard to stop watching JA. A leap will be a blessing in disguise - at least for people like me 😉

Divya wonderful post... It's the way CVS are not showing any self-talks particualrly JO after taking such a huge decision...I agree with all the points you have said...

If CVS fast forward, then it will be good for me to move over from the show, as there are so many good moments in AKBAR life ... What they will show with Salim same fore 6 to 8 months SA story and then move on & bring Manbai & Nurjahan.. I still can't understand how can CVS jump leaving Shariff, MAC, Mirza & Man singh fight, NAVARATNAS entry and also Jalaal waling bare foot & JO in shikri ashram during delivery of Salim...

yes, this is love for me too! those two scenes r also my fav JJ scenes lately...

I so miss the golden days...I dont know why CVs think if the leads confessed their love then the story is over, move forward!!! whereas the story has just begun! u suggested so many tracks that revolve around JJ..in fact many suggested beautiful tracks in all possible threads..there is no lack of ideas..CVs can show any of it...if they have to show NR then make it meaningful..all we want togetherness of JJ...like now they r together still scenes r half hearten..whereas in old days they were far yet together..coz they were always in each others minds...like u said the physical tension, awareness and feelings for each other were so evident that those used to leave us heavy breathing...physical proximity is not passion...passion is the feel...u can feel passion even if the lovers r standing 10 feet far from each other around thousands of people but staring at each other passionately...a romantic BG..thats it!

in fact the JJ scenes CVs give us now a days a few romantic dialogues or simple gestures or some nuances with a romantic BG will make the scene more beautiful..remember post SR episodes? how beautiful JJ moments we had...? CVs have to show harem stuffs..who stopped them? show it but what is wrong if they show some romantic moments between JJ? moon gazing in anguri baag? JJ recalling their nafrat phase? Jodha talking about Suryabhaan and Jalal feeling jealous? a disguise trip of JJ like Badal-Kajri track but with a twist like JJ wont disclose they r married and some guy will fall for Jodha, try to impress her and Jalal will be angry and Jodha enjoying? a boat-ride of JJ? I mean we can have so much in all these!!! ever since tracks shifted to JJ, TRPs only went up!

JA has everything...good actors, royal n surreal BGs, leads with natural chemistry between them...all CVs need to utilize the assets they have in hand...after all these r the CVs gave us magical couple called Jodha-Jalal and magical scenes before!!

humein sirf Jalal aur Jodha ko dekhna hai...!!!

Where has that Jalal's husky voice gone which can make anybody go weak?
Where Jo's blush has gone?
Why they look so bored not only of each other but of themselves too?

I mean looking at Jodha's dresses I feel the bandhis of Mughal e Aazam were more lucky .
Is Agra in Rain shadow region? Then how Yamuna gets water?
Rain has immortalized romance for decades.
Yest when Jajo met after Jo getting hurt ,Jalal told Ruku to do murhampatti.He could have just caught hold of Jo( infront of a Ruku ,then it's wow) He would have done that himself .Now that whole scene could be shown from romantic aspect too.
The height was when he was cuddling Jo and with Moti's voice he ran away.Now is he Jo's hubby or a lover who came from the window climbing the ladder that he should run away ?
