Gulbadan begum tells HB that Jalal is very depressed and is not taking any interest in the Sultanat work HB says all this is because of MA she lost her son but he was also a culprit and his crime was unpardonable. A Bandhi comes and says MS TM and all officials are waiting for you . HB tells Salima to send Jodha after some time.
At DEK HB asks all about the situation in the kingdom and she will take care of the affairs as SH is very upset and TM says slowly the rumor is spreading in few states that SH is not interested in ruling and all are talking about it, Shareefudin is pleased. HB says everything should go on as before and if anyone tries to spread rumors they should be punished severely and told that Mallika can rule and no problem should be there in Agra or anywhere else. She gives this responsibility of managing the affairs to MS and TM as now Atgah is no more and as they are very loyal to SH . SD is very angry and others jealous. All take leave and go.
Jodha comes to DEK after all go and asks is everything ok why you called me and HB ties a amulet to her and says this will protect you and your unborn children from bad eyes and curse. Jodha says someone else also needs this HB nods and kisses her.
BB has one women who tells she can tell whether she will have a boy or a girl and BB does not believe but the woman takes her ring and her hair swings it and tells her that she will have a daughter. SD is very angry when he hears this coming to the room and finds the woman asking for reward from BB he slaps the woman hard and says don't ever talk about a daughter other wise I will get you beheaded and he wants only a son who will be a heir to the throne and get him more power.Then BB tries to say what is the use of having a son like AK she would rather have a daughter as the greed for power always leads to bad situations he slaps her saying he wants only a son a heir. Jodha coming to the room hears this she calls out whether she can come in and both quickly alert and BB asks her to come and SD quickly goes and welcomes her Jodha slips and that bugger voyeur SD catches hold of her saying TC and Jodha is uncomfortable she quickly releases herself and ties the amulet and BB thanks her and asks her not to come again and when SD says what are you saying she says why you take trouble but you may slip again and thinks to herself I am scared of SD who has fallen a lot. SD offers to take back Jodha but she snubs saying she will go on her own.
TM tells a preoccupied and depressed SH that the taxes have been collected from different subhas and he has deposited them in the treasury and he needs to talk about the disbursals. A preoccupied SH tells him to discuss with Atgah sahab and do the needful and then asks whether his body has been sent to Delhi.TM then leaves as SH goes away
SB and JB are worried thinking they have to do something and SB tells JB, who tearfully tells her she made all efforts but Atgah sahebs death and MA's words have hurt him a lot and he is not getting placated,she only can bring back SH back to normal from this whirlpool so that he takes over his responsibilities and duties.
Jodha goes to SH and says Pranam and he asks you want something JB mechanically she says yes and he asks what she says come with me and it is not right for a king to show his weakness and he says I already told you that I will leave this post of a Sh she insists he go with her and she holds his hand and takes him to the pictures room he asks her why she brought him there she shoes his fathers and grandfathers pictures and says do you recognize them He says what sort of question is this and when she insits he says this is by grandfather Late SH Babur and this is my father Late SH Humayun. Jodha says so you recognize them did they at any point of time run away from their responsibilities or their praja when in difficulty . He says he has taken the decision to leave his Badshayat. Jodha then tells him you don't have the right to take decision as you had the kingdom given you because of who you are and the royal blood in you she shows his painting when he was a young teenager and made the king and when he says he had Khan Baba ,MA and Atgah sahib and many were ready to die for me not braying for my blood. Then she tells he it is because your were capable and had the qualities that they made you the SH and you expanded your kingdom otherwise all their efforts would have been in vain you conquered Hemu the invincible king became SH he did not run away from his responsibilities so it is not in your hands to decide on this responsibilities trust on you. She asks where is that Jalaludin Mohammad who had the power to build the kingdom with his sword and bravery and I regret that I have awakened your heart as because of that you are feeling hurt and withdrawing . You may not want the throne but it wants you .You have no right to shed your kingship as only praja can do it but if you still want to leave then forget you are the son and grandson of great emperors and look around this room for the last time as ill will be lost and you need not claim or eye them as your forefathers. He looks at her and leaves
Jo and Jalal in DEK with two infants one in each one's hands Ruq watches and is very jealous and worried. She get up and it is her dream. She is worried and then looks at the chess board and then thinks if a chess board can have two queens then why not two MUZs and she smiles.😡
Precap Jodha has a question to ask Jalal but is hesitant and Jalal says what is it that is troubling you she says will you be unhappy if we have daughters Jalal asks how can you ask me such a question
