Funny it is ! Isn't it ? It's like explaining for an unconsolable kid during a funeral ceremony of one his parent not to cry as it's a solemn ceremony of good-bye , if he cries , then the defunt would feel bad but the little kid who subitted a sudden death of his close one , would he really interprete things in such way ? How some people can blame Jalal of not taking care of Jodhaa's pregnancy ? The hell , his childhood came to slump here , he killed Adham Khan , his milk brother with whom he shared MA's milk , this last one came to kill his foster father , the father of Emperor ? As Jalal says , relationship shouldn't be merged in political issues , he simply couldn't forgive Adham Khan , after that committed sin , he became a traitor , who dared to commit an outrageous sin so that traitor deserved an outrageous death ! Nirdosh , humanity , kroortha like seriously ? So all criminals at the edge being punished for their sins become suddenly nirdosh ? What a theory to visualize things ! Disappointed the way she again didn't learn her lessons from the Khyber matter and again rebelling against him , against Shehenshah's decision ! Yes , even in Jodhaa Akbar movie , the Jodhaa was terrified of this macabre killing scenario but did she go to arrest him from doing a so called paap ? No coz she knew that the sin AK committed weren't deserving of compassion or any lesser punishment so she dismissed herself from that strict play to digest it quietly , apprehending the King's decision ! All humans have their own way of pondering the right and wrong but the way of the Jodhaa here is stressingly inquietant ! Humanity , humanity , humanity , for heaven's sake , Agra is fired upon to be finished in burnt fragments and she is still likely to say : "FORGIVING IS HUMANITY ! DON'T WORRY WE WILL LEAVE HAPPILY AS GARIBON !" ! For heaven sake , there is a height - -" ! Can't the supposed Queen of Emperor couldn't think practically at once ! Even mothers whom are considerated as the reincarnation of God , compassionated and kindest people when their strength and weakness are at risk , their children , they do take drastic proportions , how guilty and insane they may feel of themselves when they have to use others misfortunes for theirs happiness , like Sakshi Goenka of Ek haseena Thi , one of my favourite villain , she does feel guilty for Nitya , Payal and their family , she does feel ashamed of her son Shaurya but when the matter and sake is concerning her son , she becomes unfranchissable , cool-blooded , vicious and untrangible yet she does recognize her sins later but for her son , how a scroundrel , shameless rapist he may be , she does all to protect him , thus going on the wrong path , so a person can never be always right , life gives us lots of challenges in most of which , our way of interpreting things would sign our fail or triumph and in such way most of the time , we are obligated to think practically ! Same with Jodhaa , she can't stay always bend on her self-righteousness position , she must learn to negociate , apprehend , think PRACTICALLY as a supposed Queen and accept the truth rather then being zapped in her own wonderland of kind and innocent creatures , for the Empire's sake , for the millions sake , she needs to put at back her own thoughts for her well-being , for Jalal's well-being and should try to percieve things largely , with wisdom , for many's well-being and condition ! AK assassinated a close member of the Emperor , the leader , then to forgive him or to give him a non-according small punishment , wouldn't it be making fun of King's dignity , power and respect ?!!! This lady never thinks practically and that's one her biggest default ! I am sure many have held the gut to watch Atgah's death scene , you may have also aprehended how cruel , barbaric , agonious and evil it was , so in compensation of it do you really think Adham deserved to be ended up with a classic death penal ?No ! Like Jalal said , when he was killing Atgah , he didn't kill him directly , he killed him by jumbling his spirits with worries by revealing his evil intentions and further plans , he slayed his back repetitively giving him a slow and painful death with agony , kicked at ground , with lots of injuries over , he cruely poniarded him with the sword , so Jalal wanted to give him back as he said : "WILL NOT GIVE YOU AN EASY DEATH ! WILL GIVE YOU SUCH A PAINFUL AND AGONIOUS DEATH THAT YOU WILL SUFFER AND RESSENT EACH PAIN THAT YOU MADE HIM ENDURED OTHERWISE EVEN DEATH WOULDN'T ACCEPT YOU !" , these are words of a suffering and devastated son under the pressure of revengeful feeling outraged at the committed sin that resulted by the loss of his foster father with whome he was really close !
