divi, i did 500 stairs today after a gap of 10 days..m so happy that i m back in routine and just salad for dinner...yipee!..this JA made me gain at least 10 pounds!!!

For me it was not JA, but the stress of work ... so when I was in vacation I lost 20 pounds and now I am on eating spree now that I am back in the US and working ... I was better off doing JA Forum as my full time job 😉

JA is always relaxing, time pass for me ... that is why I sneak it in even while working

What is option 1 Divs - srry but dont remember ao as of now dimag mei sirf TE chaya hai :D
