I cant deny that I feel disturbed by Jalal afifa's equations...I also dont deny that Jodha has been quite wrong in some places but what about Jalal? I could only look with shock when he said that Jo has used him and his love...May I know how Jo has used him? What has she not gone for him? She has drunk poison for him knowing that she might not survive ...She has dabao pav of Ruku for him...Maan singh has won and will continue to win wars for him with utmost loyalty...and Jalal has the nerve to say that Jodha used him!!!!Can he say same to Ruku who really made a fool of him and his family? Can any one deny that Ruku has not used him for her audha obsession and given nothing in return...Yes Jo is self righteous and often fail to see other people's motives but then no one is perfect...

I want to ask does Jalal know how to save relationships and love...This Jalal which I see in this serial is utterly callous...He said to Jo ap[ke bina humara koi wazood nahi hai ...and he said this to Allah also and what now? Is this love? He is saying same thing to Afifa...

He was utterly callous when he started shouting to Jo's kids in the womb!!!I remember how he used to talk to Ruku's child in the womb!! Why so much hate for Jo's children? Does this man ever deserve to be a father?

Now coming to Jodha my advice to her is to stop loving this man and open her eyes...I dont think what has happened in last few episodes is not going to leave any mark on JJ...I dont want Jo to be all romantic and vulnerable for this Jalal?

Yes Jo stopped Jalal from killing KZ in front off awam but does Jalal remember how he insulted Jo in DEK so many times...Not just her brothers but also BM during F/P ...Does he remember how he almost sent Jo back to Amer till MV folded her hands in full DEK...Was there any need to discuss family matters in DEK...

Frankly can this Jalal ever be trusted?Today it is Afifa and tomorrow it will be some one else...Poor Jo's life is totally destroyed ...

I guess now Jallal will call Afifa his Radha...

Jalal used the word LOVE only to get Jodha in his bed...

Ela, Jalal had Jodha in his bed during Ruqs FP and if that was all it was then he need not have waited for so long to tell her off - so ur theory lacks weight.

Ummm... I find Jalal-Atifa scenes saccharine enough to give me diabetes! And that horrid woman, who is old enough to be Jalal's aunt or something is happily prancing around him saying she's 'mehfoos'!!

Jodha does apologise...she infact does it a lot...its upto us if we choose to see it or not. But yes, she doesn't have the capability to gauge what the other person is thinking...kind of childish. I still grip onto the HOPE that Jalal is just ensnaring the enemies in their own trap for otherwise, it will be utterly disgusting and totally revolting for me to watch unfaithfulness and adultery! ("YUCK!!EWW!!)

Umm..And you also can't state for fact that Jalal and Jodha seem too stiff or something...coz then you could watch Dawat-e-Eid and just because its good, you can't sideline it as saccharine. If that is saccharine, what's Jalal-Atifa? I always find that the CVs are the ones who decide how 'well' the couple look together onscreen. The QH CVs shot Dawat-e-Eid and it was fab unlike most of our other scenes.

And I do agree with Ela, if Jodha has used his love and freedom, what has Ruqayya done?

I hope that things are going to unfold in a positive way and no I do not want to see any psychologically challenging stuff about Jalal because if he is truly into Atifa then there is no psychological intrigue in that...its just his lust and uncontrollable desire...nothing to ponder on..he'll be a man who was unfaithful to his wife (pregnant or not). He was just infatuated with Jodha and this cycle will continue on and on..

And yes, I am very very positive that this is not the Jalal we have here. I am also hopeful (no matter how painful it is to watch the nauseating, migraine-inducing closeness between Jalal-Atifa) that Jalal is doing the right thing here.

And I do not why both Jalal and Jodha do not catch the fact that Khyber has entered through a secret passageway? The harem is hard to infiltrate and plus no one was injured..then how did he get there? They should have figured it out. Thats like so dumb! And yes, also on that part about a Kabul lady can sing HIndu bhajans? (Should have raised some eyebrows!)

All in all, I find that woman a horrendous creep (who is so forgetting her 'sanskaar' if Jodha has to be charged for not touching her husband's feet...like my grandmom doesn't do it to my grandpa, given that their really orthodox and continue to live in an orthodox community!) So, yup! I throw Atifa into the same trash can that I've thrown Benazir and Ruqayya into.

And for Atifa, I'd love to see this happen to her:

Great post Anjali...TE is definitely back.

Shyamala Aunty, as much as I love to read you, it is impossible for me to appreciate any theory at this point except that TE has returned...

Jalal knows from the moment he first saw Atifa in the Hamaam...the way he engulfed his precious Jo in his arms as if he would protect her n his unborn kids , come what may...he returned to his Hojra, n drew Atifa's portrait...his changing expressions while drawing the portrait spoke volumes...his reaction on seeing Atifa in the DEK...everything tells it's own story...

Why do I also feel, that after the showdown between JJ where Jo was clearly heartbroken (I believe the yelling was for the eavesdropper's ears more than for Jo's) , Jo has somehow got a whiff of something gone wrong bec of which Jalal is pretending...either Salima told her during the prayers (assuming Salima is with Jalal in this...this leads to the question that why hasn't Jalal confided in Jo then??...bec JJ together r being watched) or Jo would have remembered Jalal's words once, that he may at times have to hurt her or their kids, but he would always love her...

I am almost convinced that MA is the mastermind behind Atifa in an attempt to dethrone Jalal on grounds of ZINAKARI ...the throne would then go to Nigaar(who is with MA in this) ...MA would then wriggle the throne from Nigaar by blackmailing her about CB and/or using that farmaan for which she used to torture CB)...She has once again used Ruqu as a pawn since last Wednesday, 6th Aug to widen the rift b/w JJ...the way she used Ruqu in Sujamal track...

...but TE is ahead of her from day 1...hence he even told Atifa, "hum uska bhi shikaar karte hain Jo dikhai nahi deta"...he meant the mastermind behind her...

This seems to be the most well planned out track of JA to date...almost like an Alfred Hitchcock whodunit...where any 1 of the villains could be the mastermind...n I have made my deductions based on all the clues given by the director hitherto, intentional & intentional both, & of course the fine nuances of Rajat's acting in every scene, esp since Wednesday, 31st July...

Let's see how it all pans out...

Fantastic post Aunty.

I was one of the TE advocates, but, now I am not so sure.

But, one thing's for sure, there are so many associations for the peedhit patis, those guys will install a statue of Atifa, and worship her as their deity. Or maybe at least put her portrait (not the buck-toothed Mona Lisa one) in their office.

If five minutes with that woman can get a man even if he's King of Kings, all assertive and straight-thinking, then she deserves their love, those poor men.

But, throughout the past 10 odd episodes, I have been rooting for the TE theory, because, of late Jalaal is obsessed with two things, Ms. Bonda Nose (Atifa has a really oily one) and the waxed Yeti (Khy). When he's not professing his love for Atifa with the very same words he used for Jodha, he plans death for Khy with Nazi SS precision, there was public execution, now it's starvation. Methinks, if it's TE, he's figured out Atifa's not the star player, but, merely a diversion, so that the real player, i.e., Khy can execute his task, which is to bump off Jalaal Jrs.

Most of us who were ruing the departure of Jallad after domestic bliss had set over, are predicting TE theory, because Jalaal would never betray his wife, and in a sense step over the typical daily soap patnivrata pati lines, paradox?

Btw, bec I am convinced of JJ epic love (as is the theme of the show), & also because I am convinced that Atifa is here to harm JJ, I find Jalal/Atifa scenes despicable...ditto must be the feelings in Jalal's mind...

But bec the r an imp part of TE'S plan, am enjoying the track immensely...😆

there is nothing to find..it is despicable😆..the only good thing is his smirks are back full time in those scenes...😆..he is not a lover but looks like a hunter..
