@ela, only one thing I will disagree here. Jalal didn't swayed away by ruku, his reaction would have been the same even if it was salima. Maybe bcoz of ruku's screaming nd shouting we r thinking tht he listened to ruku but thts not the case. He lost his cool when he heard tht jodha was pregnant even before the war nd still she went into the war. Thts not his anger but the worries nd fear. Ruku or no ruku his reaction would have been the same. His reaction was same when rahim was about to fall from the cliff. Anything could have happened in the war. So this case has nothing to do with ruku she was just the medium, this was bound to happen. Both JJ were right on their own places nd whtever happened is their natural reaction.

I think the CVs are trying to draw a balance between the Ruqaiya who was important enough for Akbar to be given Khurram for upbringing (who was also his favourite grandson) when it was predicted that he would be future emperor and the Ruqaiya who roped in Salim back to the Mughal fold with Nur Jahan and brought up Shah Jahan in totally her style. He was not known for religious tolerance. Somebody who hated jodha but loved her son and grandson and of course jalal all her life.In the process they are making her look bipolar.

I dont know about this 6 yrs of not talking period but there was a time when lots of difference of opinions happened b/w jalal nd ruku. Ruku was never convinced with the advantages given to the hindus. She was not liberal as jalal so for this their relationship had taken a back seat in between. But yes 6 yrs thing is quite debatable.

rukku is mad at jalal dat he didn't tell her about jo's pregnency...she believes the same,when she reach the hojra too..today she 'l get to knw dat jalal too unaware of the truth..ussy thodi shanti milegi....btw .,why dey played emotional RukLal BGM inbetween her screeching and throwing things..i wish,she forget all the dialogues she uttered yesterday..normally aisa hi hoti hai..😉.. jodha wanted to tell jalal dis happy news in DEK na?? but she was all set to tell him dat news on terrace..😕..
