Since the reference is given ...There is no doubt here...😊...And I thank Abhay for giving referenced information always...I have something to fall back to whenever in doubt...

About how many people and women being there... I don't have any idea...But since it is DEK I presume that only KHAAS people will be there...

Pallu DEA is a court too dear...and if it was announced in DEK then Jallu announced it not Jo...and...he had to announce it as he was going to give waris to sultanate but not Jo... and to a very small group...and for me my books are everything...In this serial women and others keep coming and going out of DEK like it is a joke...

Yes Ela...I agree DEK and DEA are courts...One a khaas court and the other for public...And any important announcement will be made by King if he is present there...And presently there is no announcement being made regarding pregnancy in DEK...The to-be Jodha/Jallu convo was going to be a private chat...I was bringing this point again and again only because I disagreed on the point that you made that DEK is only for discussing political matters ...when pregnancy matter is also announced in DEK then it means non-political matters are also discussed, since the gathering in DEK is small and restricted to only khaas people...

Also for me Jodha revelation was not OTT at all because of Jallu/Jo convo shown in Friday's episode...If that flashback was not shown at all, then Jodha would never have wanted to talk this matter privately in DEK ...She would have given the good news then itself (she said that yesterday)... I would have rooted for the cradle idea that you suggested though...However CVs play things out, like they want...

In our JA...The less said about DEK the better...Daasis coming in and out...SD.Nigar entering DEK, sitting on the throne (no security) ...Jodha being humiliated there so many times...and a whole lot of stuff... Protocol, royalty needs urgent attention, apart from some purely dramatic tracks...

Dear Pallu you again did not read...I said only Jallu will announce it becoz he is going to be a father as a political matter...and again Jo cannot go there as DEK is not a part of harem in Agra ...it is mardana section...but I guess you still wont understand the seriousness of dek ...and most probably Jallu announced it in DEA not in DEK as it is more important for praja to know that a would be king is there...

As for Jo announcing it is not a political issue but an emotional issue...and it should be shown as such...She should be happy that she is going to make Jallu father , not becoz she is going to give him heir...

Ela, you have expressed it well - exactly what I meant. DEK is for Jalal's announcement. It would be nice for me if Jodha wasn't even there when he announces it. I feel it would give the announcement that much more dignity.

Ela -- I don't know why you are not getting my point today...I am talking of a different matter ...I said that announcement of pregnancy in the Royal Hearing is not absurd. Because Jodha's pregnancy(during Salim) was also announced to him in the Royal Court's hearing.

I had to literally dig now, since you felt I was not serious about this issue...

Personally, Akbar was not the one who announced this pregnancy news in the Royal BUT he was informed about this.😕

This news was given to him == By means of Shaikh Muhammad Bokhari and Hakim Ain-al-mulk and a number of other courtiers who had the right of audience, this was brought to the royal hearing, and it was determined that the "matrix of the sun of fortune"{<<<---the translator EXPLICITLY mentions in Akbarnama that, this Honorable statement "matrix of sun of fortune" is used by Abu'l Fazl to describe the mother of Salim. 😉 } , together with several of the officials attached to the Zenana should be conveyed to Fatehpur and should enjoy repose in the vicinity of the Shaikh.

This can not be Deewan - e - Aam,(DEA) as this was the Royal Court's Hearing for a selected audience. DEA's were for different purposes. The Jashans were celebrated in Deewan - e - Aam, after the birth. I got this from Tirmizi's - Edicts from Mughal Harem.

Again, my source is Abhay, when i discussed this matter with him, about the confusions between DEK and DEA utilities , after the Ben Track... I wish i could get him here for more information.

I am not saying or supporting that Jo should announce the news or not announce it. I am trying to say that such issues could be announced in DEK. The praja was informed of heir after the birth in DEA. This news was given after the birth. It was concealed from them till the birth. Praja used to come to know of the news after the birth. The news of a son of Akbar-MUZ who died, was not announced to the Praja.(as per Kids Thread of Abhay.)

Another thing Ela. ...The ladies of Akbar's time were very much present in the Deewan-e-Khas / Royal Court . This is from Badayuni's book, MunthaKhab, who has lashed , Akbar for giving an important place to his ladies in the Royal Court. He was against Akbar giving a position to the ladies in the Royal Court. Same is said about Babur and Humayun's time by Salima Begum...Again I needed to discuss this fact to get the facts out Ela...

As for Jodha need to be emotional and think of Jalal as a father and not giving an heir to the throne dear...CVS have the answer...Hold their collar for this private chit-chat at DEK...😊...

Ela,I think Jo 's pregnancy during Salim was announced in DEK bcoz they wanted to shift her to Fatehpur and also the construction was still going on at that time in Fatehpur but when the pregnancy was announced it was done speedily.

The announcement might be done by Akbar and he might be aware about it already.Thats what I think.

Now I feet Hume insaan se haiwaan hona Padega.Wish Mahac would have killed her then and there.
