Ekta's Jo & Ekta's Jalal are totally fictionalised characters to rope in TRPS. . .the super awesome female, without whom the petty male cannot survive...There is absolutely no reason y we need to compare the real MUZ with Ekta's Jo...N same for Jalal..

.I truly believe that the real MUZ was an admirable lady, beyond compare...but except for the last 2 epis, I usually laugh out loud at the antics of Ekta's Jo...😆

Yes, some of us are not too happy with Jo's characterization most of the time, & we do make it obvious, but that does not mean we are her mothers- in law trying to pick faults in her..😆..We just don't like the crap which the cvs dish out for us...

IF is a popular platform which most PHs stalk, hence we put up critical posts to catch their attention...its just that...people who are happy with the way things are, needn't visit those threads, or if they visit, they can agree to disagree in a dignified way...simple. The negativity on the forum is NOT due to criticism of Jo...it is due to criticism of forum members...asking them to leave the forum...asking them to watch other shows.

Radhika, this has nothing to do with antipathy for Jo...it is only antipathy for Ekta's CVs. ...😊

There is no antipathy towards Jodha now. Agree, there was some earlier when she was too blinkered to see reason. She kept doing to Jalal what she did to Todarmal. - vehemently accusing without thinking from the other person' s pov. She may have her own but so much insistence that you can never be wrong was not likeable. Also the establishment of mahaanta at the end of every track including the todarmal track was not in good taste.

She was impressive in the earlier tracks when her anger was justified and ever since she is back to Agra ( except in tm track) there is no ill feeling towards the character at all.

All the recent complaints have been regarding the dumbing down of Akbar. If Jalal had been enthusiastic about the war afyer Jo/ Ruqs convinced him and had set out with conviction and had in a weaker moment been tricked it might have been acceptable in the name of NR if we choose to forget history for some time. But one look at him in pre-war scenes was enough to demoralize even a strong army. It was repeatedly told that he didn't have sufficient trained men to fight. To believe that untrained women except for , say, a dozen or so vanquish what was declared a formidable army was unbelievable. But the performances and spirit was extremely good and enthusiastic that I was prepared to forget logic for a while and enjoy the proceeds.

Coming back to your question on why antipathy, it Is more at a logic less story line track after track and an Emperor who lacks common sense esp after he has been shown to be shrewdness personified in the earlier episodes...and when the result of each track is Mahaanta, then the antipathy is rerouted to the person claimed mahaan esp like in todarmal track.

As for the current track there was nothing wrong in what Jodha did, in fact under given circumstances it was very appreciable but the circumstances created to showcase things is not.

Very easy, die, tough, to LIVE, & face situations, so Jodha party or GB, HB, all are doing their best, they choosed a RIGHT WAY. in 16 cen or 21 cen, needed this time.

Excelent points!!! I've been saying that in some few posts that there are SOME people that no matter what Jodha does, they are never happy and keep bashing everything she says and does. By fortune, they are quite few. And the reason I believe goes farther than being upset because she is being glorified at the cost of the great Akbar. Is because they simply don't like Paridhi as Jodha. Beyond the character itself, they hate the actress. Maybe they wanted another actress to play the role and can't get over the fact Paridhi was the chosen one. So bashing Jodha for everything is their way to protest against the actress... They love Rajat as Akbar to the core, but can't tolerate Paridhi as Jodha.

The sad thing is that they also spoilt another forum that I used to like a lot. The forum has become now what I call "the Jodha haters forum". Nowadays is hard to see more than 20 replies to regular posts, but the "I hate Jodha" posts get quite active. So maybe the people who likes the show, like Jodha and used to be there just left...

I know I may annoy some with my comments but is my impression and POV of what is happening with Jodha and why so much antipathy towards her. If it has been only because of Akbar character degradation, why the riot doesnt go to the ones to blame, the genious CV's and EK?? Why the anger against Jodha that is a mere character written by this group of nonsense people who seems that never took history class??

Ths good thing is that no matter how many haters the actress has, they get doubled by the fans she has. At least for myself I ignore the negative comments against Jodha and enjoy the good comments on her and her performances when they are good, like in the last two episodes.

If by taking care of my need on my own makes others feel that I made my husband look foolish, the it is their fault. And if I feel my husband should not have rushed to his sister or brother's rescue then it is my fault and if my husband feels I should have waited till he comes back to support me, then it is his fault.

If we should feel that Jodha and others should not have fought for their virtue and it would have been better for them to consume poison, the moment they heard about the death of Jalal, then we would not have seen so many widows, say like Hamida Banu & Maham Anga. What was their fault even if Jalal would have been dead, if they had fought for their life and modesty, why they should be blamed? Who has told that the royal women had to consume poison or commit Jouhar the minute they hear about their husbands death? That should be their last resort but before that they have all the right to live their life.

Wow what a post. A much needed post. I loved the way Jodha was portaryed as it is in sink with her character. Really awesome track. It really showing how a couple ned to support each other and how a woman should behave. Jodha is trying to protext herself and womeen of harem as she knows Jalal wil definetly come and dont see whats wrong in it. Really good episodes after a while.

I read all three of your posts in past 1-2 days and liked them all.

I joined the forum during ben track and now I am addict to forum and love my freinds
that time also it was anti jodha forum whatever happened in show direct or indirectly all blame was always in her character
I always believed ekta and cv promised us a lot ve story of jodha akbar with there emotions and till date it lived to that promise

Jodha hatred biggest reason was always tooo much loved ve for rajat
those who love him as akbar accepted him with so much less ve but paridhi ke liye they always pointed fingers I am not doing comparison
coz I love both equally foe me no one means no can be jodha akbar other than these two
they breath jodha akbar

and if in some episode or tracks ppl think jalal was weak but I thought no he was not character inconsist can happen forp one or two episode but he was never a weak in show
and for that if u have complaints then I always say do to right person jodha and paridhi is not the person she dont own this show
