I just can't disagree as the truth is there in your example 😆😃 but if I want to be more stubborn , I would say , it's quite different from the aviation field , where the baggage handlers jobs are just to handle and deal with passengers baggages and how can we just take the outright to yell on those gentle workers who are pretty simply doing their works without mingling their noses anywhere ! Whereas here it's quite a different case , I agree at the point of view of the production house and their professionals , they have low and powerless standards but we shouldn't also forget that they also hold the unanime right to convey queries of viewers who called there to the production house and it's a plain mystery regarding their manner and way to make them apprehend and take their queries in account or whether the PH just ignore them ! And there for example , his dislike and disapprouvement in conveying such queries to the PH is quite visible !
