Wonderful take Mansi 👏👏 .. I loved friday episode too the way Jalal's dilemma was shown .. He is a man with a heart now which dont allow him to fight against his own blood but at the same time he is a king too , his junta gave him the Akbar title with lots of trust and so he got to keep their trust intact and keep aside his relations for the sake of his people's welfare , this dilemma of a king and a brother was nicely brought out in the episode 👍🏼
Yes Jyoti, this Jala's dilemma was brought out nicely. Waise all great kings, and even Arjuna in Krukshetra war, had similar doubts as to where the priorities should be ... with war and praja or with family. In the end duty prevails!
I liked how Jodha not only asked Jalal to fight for the sake of his people and live upto his Akbar title but she even involved Ruqaiyya into it because she knows that Ruqaiyya has the ability to always talk to the point which might pinch a person but she will b brutally honest and thats exactly what happened when Ruqaiyya called Jalal to the chess room and made him realise how today that old fighter Jalal got to wake up again and keep aside his emotions because his people need him today ...
It was brilliant of Jodha to think of asking Ruq to do this pushing of Jalal in the direction of war. She has always been after himto sink his emotions and be without "dil".. So despite insults to herself, good thing Jodha stuck to the mission of pushing Ruq to push Jalal!
The only point which pinched me a bit is that this is not the old Ruqaiyya we know . .. this is the same Ruqaiyya who faked her pregnency forgetting about all the ethics and so when this Ruqaiyya gives such big lecture to Jalal on his duties and responsibilities as a king , it does look a bit funny to b honest and this is where I wish CVs never showed that nonsense fake pregnency track of Ruqaiyya and then end it all abruptly if they had no plans to wipe off her character and if she had such kind of significance in the story in these kind of tracks .. 🤔 .. as a viewer the connection gets lost here and its showing in trps too now 🤔
I agree, very inconsistent portrayal of Ruq. We still have no idea if she is white or black ... or what shade of grey she is. But frankly I want her punished because I am fed up of this triangle!
I would hv preferred Jodha or Salima taking the initiative in that chess room over Ruqaiyya simply because Ruqaiyya lost my respect at least after her fake pregnency act ...
True. But Ruq was in the end a better choice rather than Salima.
Anyways the point which CVs wanted to show is achieved now and it feels as if old Jalal will b back in action in the battlefield to take on Mahachuchak and co and hopefully bring back Shehnaz and Chand begum both after clearing out all the misunderstandings
Yup. I think he will refuse to fight Shehnaaz as she is a lady and it may be against war ethics, but he will fight Abul mali and rest of the army for sure. Want to see the war sequences for a change.
Amidst all this Jodha's pregnency ... errr lets see how CVs take it ,. will this bit come after the war is over .. promo might b shown in advance 🤔
Jyoti, did you see my SMS ... articles have come that Jodha will hide the pregnancy from Jalal as it is midway in the war and she won't want to distract him. But Ruq will come to know.. here actualyy I feel Ruq may try to save Jodha by offering to fight herself? She may surprise us. Hope it doesn't become an MU though. I don't think it will since in the promo the new montage is shown where Jo-Ja are releasing doves of peace in the Angoori Bagh. So maybe a happy track!
Overall Friday episode sets the base for this week nicely ..
