Jalal is standing in front of the Tarazu and very thoughtful and sad. HB comes and advices him to dowhat is right and he shares his thoughts about TM and Shahnaz with her concluding by saying that Jo is supporting Shanaz and she had seen with her eyes and she never did any wrong and his mind is refusing to believe that TM is wrong. HB advises him to do what Shahenshah Jalluddin Mohammad Akbar would do as all evidence is against TM and tells him and he has done justice to all whether it was his AK, BB or MA and he will do what is right even if the decision is so tough and goes and then Ja also leaves.
All harem ladies speak supporting Shahnaz her innocence and TM taking advantage and also Jo supporting her. SH then says as all circumstances and evidence is against TM and he could not defend himself and though I don't believe but he should be killed and fired with cannon. All are shocked and TM is calm. SH looks at Jodha and tells Atgah to fulfil TM's last wish before he is punished and leaves without taking anyone's salaam.Shanaz is happy and smiling she gets the FB of how TM accused her of not being mad and trying to fool everyone and then telling her that he will tell everything to SH in the morning and tell you are the one to put the poison in his Pagdi. She then remembers how she played drama and accused him and told MA everything and she instigated her further taking her mother's name and Delhi takth and she told MA about waiting for the MC army to reveal her truth (both Ms are just pukeworthy characters MA seems a shade better)
Jodha is serious and thoughtful Moti tells her Shahnaz got justice but why did TM's wife have no expressions when the sentence was announced Jodha also says I also felt like that why did she do like this a voice is heard because he is innocent and it is TM's wife .She apologies for coming unannounced and says I came to see how you look after punishing an innocent person. Jodha says I can understand your feelings being a wife but as a witness of the molestation of innocent Shahnaaz by TM I had to do this being a woman. TM's wife says I have not come here for pity or mercy but to tell you that I know my husband very well even if you don't know Shahnaz . Even if God comes and tells me he has sinned she will never believe as TM wont do like that. She tells Jo that despite you being intelligent you fell into Shahnaz's trap and her lies and supported a wrong person you can also make mistakes and when you will know that because of you an innocent person was blown away by a cannon you will regret it. She says before I go I seek your permission to let me be at the spot of his punishment as he has followed truth and dharma and is sacrificing his life like a hero and want hism to see me supporting him till the end and I will be there like a veerangana to support him. Jodha is upset.
TM in prison and he tells Zakira who enquires about his plight that he does not regret being there as Shahnaz lied and conspired against SH and him but is worried about the life of SH and then the guards take him
It's a storm and everything is blowing and then the diya in front of Kanha goes off. Jodha is very upset at this bad omen and calls Moti Bhai who also lights it but that also goes off and she feels that some wrong has taken place Jalal also feels the same that he has done some great injustice and the storm is the indication of the injustice .
Jo goes to terrace and she finds Ja there who is thinking about his harsh judgment against TM as he did so not to send wrong signals to his praja automatically both walk towards each other. Both are very upset. Jo asks Ja why he is upstairs in the storm Ja says it does not matter whether he is inside or outside and says so you are happy as you got what you wanted. He say I wish I was the old Ja without a heart as then I would have been happy but now you have given me a heart and it feels as if I want to die but cant. Jo says don't say such inauspicious words Ja says what to do I feel that I have done injustice to TM who is going to be blown to pieces and I cant do anything about it. I wish you would not have given me this heart as I can bear this grief and goes away from there. Jo is tearful throughout and watches SH going away she staggers.
PRECAP Jo slaps Shahnaz why did you do this and Shahnaz says why are you beating me and as Jo is about to slap her again she says enough and tightly catches hold of Jo's wrist.
