Help please

In which episode was Moti proved innocent? She was only saved with the farmaan Na? Then why does the Imperial Marshmallow say that Moti was tried wrongly earlier?

becoz the trial was for the crime of bringing a man into the harem which was false - but it was never found who was the man or how he came into the harem - and the Imperial Marshmallow did know even before the farmaan was used that she was innocent but since all evidence pointed to her as guilty hence had no other course but to sentence - and was definitely waiting for the farmaan to be used!!!!!

btw the ME is less for the Shenu - TM dirama and more for laying the base for the upcoming war - with the Ghakkars - who will be used by MahaC to attack Akbar!!!!

Btw, Sands, Shyamala, I would recommend both of you reading Giorgio Agamben's 'Potentiality' - it has as its 1st para of the 1st chapter (Intro chapter) some extremely interesting lines.

(3) Jodha-Jalal go for a walk ... Jungle mein mangal

re the precap ... I think Jodha is sad that because of her crown is life was risked and that is why Jalal says "did you put the poison in" to console her

and Sandhya, when did Moti be declared innocent? It is retroactive now that Jalal takes everything Jodha says as sathya vachan.

No Adi he didn't know Moti's innocence for sure. The night before her vertical burial he asks her to speak up the truth. He was not waiting for the farmaan to be used. Had it not been used moti bai would have been history.

Divi is right. It is paak saaf Jodha begum's certificate that has convinced Imp. Marshmallow now to the point of believing that he had accused moti wrongly earlier.

bcoz the culprit is adham, so its obvious if not then, but later tht moti wasnt wrong about adham & she or jodha never took maham's name in front of jalal. so for jalal its not hard to believe tht adham was the wrong guy.

tht time it was teda jalal so he had guessed at least tht adham was wrong. so probably tht time he was sure jodha will use the farman to save moti. thts why he smirked when jodha used the farman. & in adham's case he always doubted him regarding woman oriented issues, bcoz even in malwa he had to spare him sue to lack of proofs.

Ok, so today's episode had less laughter. Which is good I guess.

Salima's gift - Loved Jalaal's reason that it was the most special as the gift itself would be close to his heart. And, thankfully it was good that Salima won, because I don't know if I am ready for another round of, "Hum apko muaf nahi karenge, aapki jurrat kaise hui, hum BEK hain, Jalaal sirf humare hain" followed by the usual baandhi assault. Now the gift itself was very simple nowhere as grand as the other two, but as Jalaal always says, it's the soch that matters. Jodha looked a bit disappointed when the results were announced, and her streak of ducks with MB continued.

TM - Loved the dude's presence of mind. But, I was irritated with Moti's uppity while talking to him. And why did she have that guilty expression during the interrogation? Silly girl. And I loved his appeasing smile after Hoshiyar's rebuttal, so elegant!

His presence of mind and the way he presented his reasons were well done!

Shehnaz was conspicuous by her absence, so obviously yesterday's precap scene would be a FB in the near future.

Munim Khan - This scene was just a pretext of introducing the ill-fated son of his. I really felt bad for the chap.

The story of a thumbs-up - Ok so, I had no idea thumbs-up was used in 16th century Afghanistan, so yeah that was interesting tit-bit. Thanks CVs.

The MCB scene itself was mediocre in keeping with the tradition, but, I felt MCB was tad more emotive today. And thanksfully she ate the water-melon, given her dubious history in the show, I half expected her to eat GK's nose or something.

On the whole a lack-lustre episode. 😒
