Jalal just wants to possess Jodha and have no whatsoever feelings for her and while Jodha is so helpless to act normal infront of her family. I am so freaking mad at her family to sacrifice her life for the ancestral house. I know it has memories and all but still it a materialistic thing and not as important as compared to Jodha's life and future.

Jalal is just trying to massage his hurt ego!😡 Jodha has no choice but to put up with not only her family's pleadings but also Jalal's antics😭 Her family sacrificed her life and happiness for their house! And it was a very wrong decision on her family's part!

Hamida is a darling! She knows that Jodha is very scared and she is trying to make her as comfortable as possible! Jodha's husband just wants to obtain her, but he will eventually fall for her!

I also liked how hamida understood the financial situation of the singh's ...& the compromise done on the lehenga ... that was really a very sweet & caring gesture of hamida to spend the money on jodha's wedding lehenga & further outfits saying she is like her daughter ... 👏
