Without much ado, here is my take 5 today ...

(1) Ruqs' anger is her weakness: Every episode we have someone raising suspicion over Ruq's pregnancy and it is due to her anger ... Today, other begums were wondering how she was walking so quickly while she was pregnant. I believe this foreshadows that it is Ruq's own anger which will cause the downfall of her plotting. Thank God, the bad guys have weaknesses! 😊

While it was OTT, I found Ruq's anger to be justified - even in my family, if someone hides something big from me I do get upset and this is BEK. 😉

My only advice to Jodha is not to get involved in trying to pacify her ... That is Jalal's job and she unnecessarily gets it from Ruqs.

I also feel Jalal responded to Ruq's taunts to Jodha in the best way possible - by praising Jodha. And I felt it was nice of Jodha to dismiss his praise as exaggeration.

What could be a bigger slap to Ruqs! 👏

Ruq reminds me of the greedy man story who was given target to run to all places from sunrise to sunset. where ever she goes between that time all will be his possession. He was so greedy that he kept running but couldn't reach the starting point before sunset and lost everything. Ruq is one such case for me. In her greed for having jalal only for her, she is in process of loosing him completely. In a way i thought she was smart when she said during jo's arrival, that in order to not loose jalal, she has to get close to jo. But immediately she showed her foolishness telling that she will find a way out to separate them. The peak of her foolishness was her faking of pregnancy without thinking about the seriousness of the issue. Yes jalal didn't like the way she spoke to jo. Now a days jalal is so concerned about jo, that even a small scratch on her will make him go to the extent of killing the person. In ruq, he loves her as friend and now as a would-be mother of his child, he is quite concerned. Her pit is getting deeper as every day passes by. Feeling pity for her future.

(2) Maham's weakness is her son: There was a lot of foreshadowing in this scene that Maham's downfall and defeat will be driven by her son's folly among other things. Again, Thank God this superwoman has a weakness.

Again Maham played Shaguni Bai where she said that she cannot bear to see him dead before her eyes ... When that is exactly what will happen.

BTW did anyone else notice that Adham has caught the "Aap yahan? Is waqt?" bhimaari 😆

Such a contagious disease which jo has spread in Agra mahal.

(3) A glimpse of the angry Jalal: Loved to see Jalal splashing water on himself ... And how his eyes narrowed when he heard that Atgah knew who was behind the attack and how he brushed his wet hair back .. It was awesome! 😳😉

Next time CVs, show us the sword practice that came before too! You can shorten Ruq's dialogue by two minutes, I promise I will not mind. 😆

He is a delight to eyes, especially in the sword fight. Lets bear ruq's dialogues for some more days yaar. any ways her days are numbered that she will not be able to talk later.

(4) The divine moment: As always, I feel the divine connect is the strongest one between Jodha and Jalal. Jalal having the magnetic pull towards Kanha we had seen before (and poor Atgah has witnessed before as well) ... But it was very nice to have Jodha ask Jalal to teach her. It was a very cute scene with Jodha observing his every move but the devotion of both was clearly visible. 👏

And a nice detail, when Jalal notices Jodha's wound and tells her to come to the DEK where he will take account for each drop of blood she has shed. 👏

I hope he does something more useful in the DEK this time ... Last time we had big hopes and all he did was free Zakira. 😆

I can't tell you Divya, how many times i watched that scene. Such a cute and heart melting scene. It showed how much jo has accepted jalal. She has been in agra since one year. she is a person who wants to learn about other religion also. (Salima and jo agreement to teach each other about their religion). That time it was only a knowledge for her, to know about the good things about the religion. But today she has accepted the religion as she accepted jalal as her husband by her body and soul. the overlapping of the akbar's makbara in the scene was taking the scene to another level. Who ever got this idea needs a👏 and standing ovation. What more do we need to know that they are two body but one soul. Jodha was so cute when she put her dupatta and jalal's reaction was out of the world. This jodi can do miracles and drive people crazy. That agog in jodha like a little girl to know about the way to pray, her innocence wow. I am not good at narration, but this will be the scene i will ever cherish for ever in this serial.

(5) And regarding the precap, I still have some hope that Jalal has the right scent and was observant enough to notice Adham's changing body language. Umeed par duniya kayaam hai! 😆

And I always like seeing a nervous Maham Anga! 😉

I feel CVs will show just one minute instance of Jalal reprimanding jo for not taking proper care of ruq. And next day will be bhandaphod. They will be itching to show Jalal guilty as hell also na...w

I like your prediction on Maham- that she will broker a deal with Ruqs to save Adham. Knowing Maham she will do this. Ruqs had to help her once before in the Moti-Adham case.

I think the Ruqs nonsense will go on for longer- because the higher she flies, the harder the fall.

Oh no, I don't want to see a guilty Jalal again!

I actually did not feel the episode was that bad- did you read Lashy's take on page 1?I know in the past she has changed her view on things.

As long as the characters of Jodha and Jalal are intact- I can take everything.

I don't know why Ruqs gets so much mindshare on this forum- when it does not bother Jodha and Jalal one bit. If anything it was Ruqs who had to listen to Jodha's praise, see them get closer, and leave fuming.

Shhhabbbhaaa... This Ruq's drama has started getting on my nerves... its high time CVs end this track of faking. Enough... i still think that the real Ruqaiyya Begum was much too classy for this cheapness on the show. When will the CVs learn to show all people as normal and equal; all humans have a gray shade in them and that shade comes out when they are insecure or scared, etc. I can totally empathize with Ruqs character, but, the makers are taking it to the villainy level. Its not necessary to put down a character to show the other character as great or 'mahan'.

The other point is..- serisouly... do you think Adham is going to be exposed tomorrow as pe precap... why do i feel that, probably, Jodha herself is going to stop Jalal from punishing Adham by saying that Maham has already been punished or may be Adham is also removed from his post too and thrown out, which leads to the conspiracy by him to kill Atgah this time.

Also, a new promo of Shehanaaz trying to kill Jalal is intriguing.. too.

On Ruqs, everything is OTT in this serial. I don't think they are making Ruqs bad to make Jodha mahaan. It is to break the relationship and make Jalal a one-woman man. It is the easy way out for the CVs.

On Adham, I hope Jalal at least gets suspicious. That is enough to make it into my top 5 :)

Based on past experience, I somehow think it is a dream.

Yes, Jalal definitely deserves the best husband award. He knows Ruqs well that is why his first instinct was to go see her.

I also thought he did a good job of listening to Ruqs complaints but also standing up for Jodha.

And Angry (and wet) Jalal was awesome.

Agreed, it is great to see Jodha changing as well.

Let's see the order of proceedings. Adia and Abhay had once discussed that MA would be banished to Delhi first and then Adham dies.

Also, that Adham had lost all his powers by then- I am hoping today's episode is the first step towards that.

If Jalal gets suspicious on Adham, that will be enough to make me happy :)
