but if its the latter.. then its a psychological disorder where a woman who has an intense desire to get pregnant, either due to several miscarriages or infertility, believes themselves to be pregnant so much so that their bodies also start showing signs and symptoms of pregnancy... like nausea, swollen feet, milk secretion, backache etc etc... except the most important sign...the foetus😆

i believe the term is phantom pregnancy or pseudocyesis...
