Ela I am NOT EVEN going to talk about Jodha here. I am going to write only about Jalal Rukayya relationship.

Good wife to Jalal in the sense that she has put HER interests before his.

Even when he came from his campaigns we have seen Ruk make him wait for her, gloat in her power over her. He would complain and she said she is busy. How is anybody more important to Rukayya than Jalal?

See the Behram Khan issue. HB told Jalal he is wrong. MA for her own interests was against BK. Jalal asked Rukayya. She took MA side cos that was in HER INTEREST. Did Rukayya advice him CONSIDERING HIS LOVE AND AFFECTION FOR BK? Ruk advice to her husband was not considering HIS interests but HER interests.

Rukayya later told MA she supported her for her own reasons.

Rukayya hid Adham in haram from Jalal and tried to use that against MA. Why did she not tell Jalal upfront she saw Adham in haram?

BTW would you consider Jalal is a bad husband to Rukayya? I would say he is better husband than she has been wife. He spoiled her rotten, he punished his own sister also but never Rukayya.

If Rukayya had told him she loves him he might not have reciprocated but I do not think he would have made fun of her or rejected her. He might have cherished the feelings and started to think of her differently.

Jalal said dil nahi hai cos he was brought up like that. If Ruk loved him why did she not tell him.

How many times Jalal craved to hear from Ruk that his going to other women upset her. He asked her repeatedly and she replied as long as my audha and haram is intact I do not care.

At the end of the day he is also a human being who wants to be loved for himself.

What has Rukayya ALWAYS told Jalal? That she only cares about her audha haram and being BEK.

Is Jalal taking any of this away from Rukayya? No. How is Jalal at fault if he is in love with Jodha. He also has right to love someone. Just cos it is not Rukayya how is he at fault. Jalal is not taking anything away from Rukayya that SHE ALWAYS TOLD HIM SHE VALUES MOST.

Just cos NOW Rukayya wants what Jodha has how is Jalal at fault?
Now Rukayya feels jealous so she can do whatever she wants to separate Jalal from Jodha?

Did Rukayya go to wars with Jalal? No so she had HB, GB and Jiji Anga and maybe even SB influence on her. Even now Ruk has chosen to follow MA rather than HB. She is not a kid but a person who understands her political ambitions and can plot to get that, even against her own husband's interests sometimes that she cannot understand what HB and SB tell her.

It is Ruk's choice that she is doing what she is.

Ok she is jealous but she is plotting against JJ to get what she wants.

Jodha is jealous but she says also that his wives and Jalal both have rights. Jalal asks her why when she understands is she upset. She is cos she loves him. Jodha is not upset cos her audha is at risk.

Ruk can feel pain but does that give a right to plot against Jodha?

If Rukayya ALWAYS told Jalal that she only cares about her BEK status, Audha and Haram - and Jalal is not doing anything to take that away from her - how is he at fault? Jalal had told Ruk he has started considering Jodha also as his friend. Did that ever make Rukayya give respect to Jodha.

When new in Agra Jodha was not a threat, Ruk never gave Jodha any respect.

Just cos Ruk is feeling now that she wants what Jalal is feeling for Jodha, it is not Jalal's fault nor Jodha's.

Again Jalal is not taking anything away from Rukayya which she did not tell him she values most. Nothing gives Ruk right to plot against innocents to get what she wants. So I feel no sympathy for Rukayya.
Yes she is not a good wife, cos she did not care about Jalal's feelings.

largely i have a logic as there is no door system so after completing IT they again wore their cloths n slept peacefully otherwise what if anyone sees them in without cloths!lol..if ruq saw them bare condition it would b double maza.lol
