Obviously if that spoiler comes to be true, then she's faking it. No way can she get pregnant.

Ruqaiyya Never had a child as far as I know. So No she's faking it for sure.

Aku tomorrow also Aarti scene n I'm sure sme bandhi interupts them and may say fake preg news or say him ruku called him immediately n he rushes to her n she gives this news... U remember last Aarti scnee was also interupted by ruku pregnancy news...she was kabab mein haddi from starting

Gem, that's not possible! She's faking it if that spoiler is true. Ruqaiyya never had a child, she was always childless as far as I know, So she's 100% faking it.
