This is my imagination on how they should met each other again for the first time.
A lady is about to get out from the palki. Jalal is ready to help her and was about to take her hand but then he stop. Everyone are surprised and whispering why does Jalal stop. Then, Jalal walks to a group of women that accompany Jodha. There, he takes a woman's hand and say out loud to her that this time he recognized her too but unlike in Amer, he'll never let her hand go. Not now and not ever.
Then Jalal reveal that the lady whose hand is in his hand is no other than his wife, Jodha.😳
