anyway, most i liked this week was Kaana's take in Mansi's thread ... just putting it here... i didn't get mush time for long reply , but i really loved it... here it is:

The long separation track - justified?

To me yes, and I will try to put down her why it is so in my POV. Ofcourse, one could agree to disagree.

And if this post is soothing enough to any of my friends who are upset about the delay in the Jalal-Jodha reunion, that would be my satisfaction derived from this post.

And friends, for those of you who might have read my other posts before, it might sound a little repetitive. Please bear with. I just wanted to write it yet again here, as there is so much anxiety in the air regarding the reunion.

First, I agree with Ela that things are moving on the political front now, Jalal as a ruler is more in action these days, which was being questioned by some of the folks also wondering why he seem be less at court and more around Jodha!!

Regarding the separation track as such, I remain to true to my statement made when Jodha left Agra - the separation track is very much needed and it needs to be given the right amount of time and rushed through. Honestly, I was worried when there were rumours that SR would be end of April. I am glad that the CV did not dilute the relationship that they built so painstakingly over a year and a relationship that is to be over the years.

And even before getting into their reunion as such, I would like to first understand what is it exactly we want, see them together at Agra and continuing from where they left? Or a SR? Or a stronger, healthier matured relationship - a relationship that has moved to a different level altogether? Well, if it is the first two, no wonder we are disappointed now and maybe for some more time (I hope so, am serious!). If it is the later, then good days ahead!

If we look at it closely, we can see how this separation track has helped both and increased their maturity levels. One can see the maturity of Jalal today in the said subject matter love'. One can very see the Jalal, who loved Jodha but when hurt did not mind hurting her (Ben Track), to Jalal who loved Jodha despite the hurt (Badal-Kajri), to Jalal who loved her but could not hurt her (Sujamal track), to the Jalal today who forgave Shivani for reasons mentioned by him. One can now see how is also maturing from a mere emotional/passion level to the next level, love that is not just emotional. One can very well see the change in him from the days of Mathura / Amer when he was so emotional and desperate to get her back to today when he was talking to Shivani and then Salima. He was talking about conviction, dedication and the role of trust. Am sure we all would agree that this change is very much required in him, for him to be able to move on with a better relationship with Jodha, which is what Jodha is expecting too? Even MA and Ruquaiyya had to fall down in his eyes for him to be able to live peacefully with Jodha. Lest, he will be caught in between the trust for MA and trust for Jodha and you know how it is. And these incidents have also clearly indicated the position of Jodha to him. If there is anyone to trust around and the true companion! He feels lonely without her. Earlier MA used to give him her shoulder at times of need, now he realizes who actually cares for him. So Jalal also needed his space and time too as much as Jodha for him to mature to the next level. Though Jodha is two steps behind Jalal in falling in love as such, her maturity is one step ahead of Jalal and this gap is the reason for all the issues so far. Now, Jalal is moving to match that level of Jodha, a relationship not just based on passion but on trust and mutual respect as well (we know Jalal's respect and trust for her before, which is changing to the positive now), while Jodha is also moving on to bridge the gap on the passion front.

I have discussed at length about Jodha before, so would refrain from a big repeat. But as shared before Jodha needs her space and time for her also to mature in her own way. She has to reconcile few things for herself, which is in the process now. And from yesterday's episode, we could Dadisasa being a great support for her. But the fact that Jalal is changing, how would Jodha know? With Jalal's action w.r.t. Shivani and maybe few other reforms (put forth by Jodha preferably for better results), she will start developing confidence in him, but am not sure if these two alone are just enough for Jodha to be sure that he will never ever throw her out of his life. She wants to be sure that just as she stands by him at all times, he too will stand by her at all times. In the days when she hated him, the hatred was the big shield. Now, in deep love, she is more vulnerable and so, she wants to be doubly sure.

And for this change to happen between them, it takes time and it need to also. Their new journey should be rooted on this change for it to be effective and long lasting. I repeat, patience pays. So, as long as they show progress in their love journey, changing for a better tomorrow, I am fine. But, ofcourse, it cannot be a wait till IPL is over! It may change to frustration then, both for them and us.
