Mansi, great post.

I too liked yesterday's episode a lot! It was good.
Maham and Ruqaiyya fight was the highlight, with Jalal sounding like Mirza and giving a love lecture.

Although I wished that someone would have whacked Shivani some good slaps and after that Jalal forgiving them.

Jodha and Jalal yesterday were very much in sync with their lectures on mohabbat!

Precap is really cute. i'm liking the new friendship between Jalal and Salima.

As for Shehnaaz, I've always suspected that she's Jalal's sister, lets see how Maiyya plays it out.

I am not really upset with Shivani. Why should we be? She fell in love and that's not a crime. Maham is the one who virtually blackmailed her to get engaged to Hakim and then to elope. As a young girl without any supports she fell prey to that blackmail by Maham. So how can we blame her?

Agreed Mansi! But don you think that the argument forwarded by both Jalal and Jodha to defend Shivani isn't correct? I mean, being in love is good and fine but it doesn't mean we lose our senses. I just hope BM comes an gives an earful to Shivani. She almost brought cracks in her sister's already rocky relationship at that time. I absolutely agree with the Ruq Ma thing. but how is the AK issue going to come out? Won't Jalal be furious on AK? I think this will be the point when relations will actually turn sour for AK and Jalal face-to-face. And then perhaps TodarMal will bring out his embezzlement issue. This will make Jalal further furious. Then MA's Delhi ka takht plan might fizzle out and she'll be banished to Delhi. And then only AK killing Atgah and that'll be the limit for Jalal. In all this all of MA's misdeeds must come rolling out one by one.

Another Q, I thought those operators just do their job. But do they actually know what's going to air in the upcoming episode ?

Great Analysis Mansi.! 👏

🤗

See the reply I just gave above your post on why Shivani can't be held to vlame for having no senses. She is a very young girl who got virtually blackmailed by maham. Anyone of her age must have been completely helpless and hopeless at managing the situation. If so many older people are being blackmailed by maham successfully why should we blame Shivani for succumbing to Maham? That was the 16th century!

main aap beeti kehta hun ghairo ki nahin prem insaan ko bhagwaan bana deta hai...!

I liked Jalal's bhashan for it was unexpected that he would give it. But your three line verse is also very pretty!

MA and Ruqaiyya were so funny to watch, two devils and cheaters fighting with each other claiming who is less evil/cheater. Their confrontation today also clearly states the real intention of Rugaiya's sudden honesty towards Jalal regarding her part in the dirty scheme. She was just behaving ' like a rat running from sinking ship to save herself without knowing that she is running into the ocean'. There were people who were supporting her honesty and courage in admitting her fault now should get the message, and admitting your guilt for your own selfish reason and not because you are sincerely in remorse..what is the point in admitting your guilt..I really hope this is a prediction that Ruqaiyya is very soon going to feel the heat as well as you put it in your post because she is not escaping but only 'running deep into the ocean'...😉

Yes that sentence of "rats deserting a sinking ship" was very apt. But then Maham also said the rats will then find the ocean too overwhelming and return ... so let's see if Ruq again falls in with maham and tries to target Jodha like before!

Dear Mansi,

Wonderful analysis and a good episode yesterday ..though the lecture on love by Jalal seemed a bit OTT ..but still loved the fact that both Jalal and Jodha are thinking on the same lines about "Love" so though they are physically apart..their minds have merged...

Your prediction about Maham's surang mystery also seem to be correct..Lets see how they play it..I also strongly feel that Shehnaaz has something to do with the Surang mystery o Maham... I hope it is unveiled soon.. I liked the Ruks-MA confrontation. as well..

Overall a good episode.. Some progress so lets expect JO Back to Agra at least by Monday..if not Friday... keeping my expectations low.. !!!

I hope it won't take that long and Jodha should be back in Agra by Thursday?

Wonderful Manasi,

Do you, by any chance, take come potion? How do you come up with this beautiful posts everyday?
What is the secret of your energy? 😃

So I caught up with all the episodes back-to-back yesterday. I got an overdose of MA and Ruks. 😛

Anways, this week the story seems to more forward at a good pace. Loved yesterday's episode.

About Shivani, I would like to add few things.

Is the means justify the end? Or the end justifies the means? Or both?
Yes, from Agra and Amer's point of view what Shivani did was wrong. But just a second, lets think from her point of view.

She is in love with a person, whom her father does not approve. Yes she eloped with him causing embarrassment. Well, she has seen her father sacrificing her sister to Mughals to save his family and kingdom. She must know some where at the back of her mind that her sister is not happy with her marriage. She knows that, because of her sister's marriage, many rajvanshi kings are against her father. Her father is again doing the same thing to her, as he did to her sister. By marrying shivani off to another Moghul prince, he is strengthening his political clout. Her own sister is in no state to listen to her plight. Jodha is busy with her own problems, trying to correct and strengthen her relationship with jalal, and is in no mood to understand Shivani.

What would this child do? Sacrifice herself and her love to for this marriage of convenience and thus spoiling three lives? Or spare everyone of a long term misery and find her own happiness?

This is a situation where both the parties are right and both the parties are wrong. Such is life that, not always you find one person completely wrong and one person completely right.

And your prediction seems plausible. One doubt though, why would Humayun leave Delhi takth to his daughter's husband? May be it is some province or some riches and political clout he is bestowing his son in law?
I have not thought of this surang mystery much though.

Love
Kshithi

Even if all these considerations did not enter Shivani's mind (as you have so aptly written) she was the obect of maham's cunning blackmail and she is after all a very young thing that has succumbed to this blackmail because of fear and confusion and having no supports she thought to rely on! I am not able to fault Shivani at all, not even for causing Jalal the embarrassment. If you remember it was Maham that asked her first to go through with the engagement to Hakim, and then maham herself asked her to elope. In fact its my wish that Shivani should tell all this to Jalal or Jodha and Maham should get caught for this also!
