People,I have reached the saturation point of bearing utter nonsense in this show. Being an ardent fan,its really disappointing to have to bear OTT scenes for 22 minutes everyday just bcoz I am terribly in love with that man whom I have adored for the past 8 years. And all for what?
To see the CVS butcher his character bit by bit on a daily basis?
I've had enough. This show has been reduced to a comedy show for me.
I stood by the show when there were protests,i stood by the show when the trp was just 1.2 to 1.4.
I stood by the show when they showed preggo/miscarriage tracks repetitively. I stood by the show when we've had 1 good episode out of 30 bad ones.
I even beared the Benazir track. Shivani's track followed.
From Resham's mujra to Javveda's sevaiyya,Maham's OTT yelling or Adham ladkiyon ke peeche bhaaging. I have beared all of this.
But now all this saddens me,coz I feel as though I've wasted my time on a show which is not giving my RT scope to showcase what he really is capable of.
He can cry well,we know that . But he can emote other emotions incredibly well as well. He is a master with action that too.
Yet,all they make him do,is sit in one corner and shed tears thinking about Jo all day long. That mighty kingdom can go to hell,eh?
His wit,his intelligence,his never dieing spirit,his arrogant confidence,his incredibly good sense of judgement is what we loved about him.
But what we have today,is a love sick puppy fretting about his wife.The wife who does everything for everyone else,but not for him(she keeps stressing on this point,doesn't she? This is another BIG WHY on my list)
Fine,he loves JOdha more than anything. But does that mean he should leave all his grey matter in the fridge? And just depend on that little thing which beats in his chest?
Why on earth should wee continue watching this show?
For the romance u say? ROMANCE 🤣Where is it? Hand touching and eye locks is all we've got in one year. Consumnation seems far far away. Jo isnt even returning to Agra for his sake.
Why this fuss I dont understand. Just start the goddamn romance. Its enough resistance from her side,we got the point. A woman takes alot of tiem to accept that she's in love with a man she once loathed. I would have taken a lot of time too. But then I would have accepted my feelings and would have gone running towards him. So would anyone else! And especially when the guy would bring together heaven and hell to just make her forgive him.
She hated him->She doesn't hate him->She likes him->She loves him.
As simple as that was the transition. Why is the story still stagnant? Move it!
Enough of Jodha's feelings going to and fro with the yes and the no. And enough of Jalal sulking.
Why have you'll taken the liberty of destroying so many characters?
I dont know how this show is a historical anymore. Whats the difference? The same drama is happening in other shows as well.
Did Akbar only sit and cry about Jodha all his life? Didn't he have any wars? Didn't Jodha do anything other than dream about all the tel maalishes she gave Jalal?
I dont even have that excitement left for JA anymore. Why should I?
