and completely avoided the Mathura track and jALAL bhatkoing ...they should have simply focussed in Amer and them...

Jalal has to show thru his actions that he trusts Jodha. He can't do that sitting in Amer. He has to do this in Agra. And Jodha cannot learn to trust him and learn that he trusts her until she sees the same in action at Agra.

Probably the MA conspiracy and Shehnaz mystery have to be solved before this issue is resolved. So the end result may be that they r together but not really. Jo may again enter the ghrina mode and Jalal may keep trying to woo her unsuccessfully. Jo's negative emotions will burn like embers in her heart for a long time, like Jalal carries the negative baggage of the dhakka.

Are the Mathura and Amer tracks wasted then? Not really. They showed that Jo could take care of herself and taught an important lesson to Jalal and Jo's family. They also showed Jodha's concern for Jalal despite her apparent hatred/anger and Jalal's remorse and pain. The Amer track brought them face to face again and showed Jalal that he could count on the Ameri clan in times of trouble. And how can we forget the finance whiz of Akbar - Todarmal - was discovered during the Mathura track.
