no dear my mom also said tht jalal married another rajput princess within one year of his marriage with jodha.

Anarkali story is more of fiction right? But, anyways in tv show they will not drag story till then or show him as son's gf lover.

Mandy from what I have read, HK was the one who Akbar called as his 'Beloved' wife and HK was no less in love with him - unlike EK's Jodha - infact Ashutosh Gowarikar's Jodha is a better take on the real HK.

ya i think they will show till salim's birth bcoz in the show it was shown as the most imp. desire of jalal.

So i have a question, it has a reason i know. 16th century and all.. What about Akbar's "rendezvous" and roundadoo with other females???

I am just surprised that only one child of HK and Akbar is known. Considering the intensity of their relationship as described, i would imagine you know..

Munni Akbarnama does not give any Rajput wife of Akbar before 1570 - but as I said I will be able to confirm this only after 19th April. And another point - there is also a record that Akbar did let his Rajput wives (other than HK) to either stay back in their maikas or return there after they came to Agra.

no doubt HK was his beloved. infact, my mom who is a history prof told me tht akbar had said tht hindustani ladies r the best wives. but tht doesnt mean he had gone mad. he lover her but in a balanced way.
