She felt a gentle yet firm grip on her shoulder. She was definitely scared a bit. She turned around to see who the person was and very alarmed to see her brother, Sujamal standing in front of her eyes. She was shocked to see him in Khwaaja Sera's attire. In no time, she could make out that Dilawar Khan was none other than her brother Sujamal. Her eyes filled with tears of anger. She understood that he had been there in the palace all the while, in this disguise. Her throat choked seeing him. Her tears which had stopped flowing from her eyes for sometime were back again. Sujamal was in tears seeing Jodha's messed up condition. He realized that she was angry seeing him in this attire.
"Hum jaante hain Jodha ki humnein Khwaja Sera ka bhesh dhaaran kiya.. Aur hum ye bhi jaante hain ki tum humein aise dekhkar bahut dukhi ho.. lekin Jodha.. ye sab humnein sirf Shahenshah ki jaan bachane ke liye kiya.. Hum us insaan ko pakadna chahte the jo Mehal mein rehkar hi Shahenshah ke khilaaf saazish rach raha hai.."
Jodha understood that he had taken this step with a wise intention. She quickly hugged him. She broke down in his arms. Her brother's cozy warmth was like oasis to her in a desert. Sujamal knew everything of what she must have gone through. He consoled and comforted her. After around five minutes, Jodha broke the hug and cleared her throat to speak something.
Before she could say anything, Sujamal said ," Chup ho jao Jodha.. Ab hum aa gaye hain.. Aur ye kya dasha bana rakhi tumne apni"...
Jodha suddenly realized that she has to keep quiet about the things that were troubling her. She has to appear normal and that, she cannot tell him of what all her Shahenshah had thought about her and Sujamal. Jodha wiped off her tears and said ," Hum bilkul theek hain Bhaisa.. Achanak se aapko dekha to thoda bhaavuk (emotional) ho gaye the.."
Within no time, Sujamal understood that his innocent sister was trying to hide things from him. He would have definitely got be fooled by her, lest he didn't know the truth or reality. He knew Jodha would not trouble him by telling the truth. And he himself didn't want to question her anything and make her more tensed. He kept her hand on her shoulder and tried to calm her. Suddenly Jodha saw Jalal coming towards her and Sujamal. She was shocked to her core. Jalal had tears in his eyes.
Jodha immediately asked Sujamal to run from there. She was immensely tensed and she was panicking highly.
She blabbered, "Bhaisa..aap jaiye yahan se.. Jaiye.."... Jodha knew that if Jalal saw her with the "gair mard" who was none other than but her own brother, he would definitely behead him in his anger.
Sujamal knew that Jalal was coming from behind. Both of them had seen Jodha from a distance. They were so relieved to see her. Obviously both were shocked to witness her saddened condition, but the fact they had found her before anything unpleasant happened was a thing of joy. Jalal himself had asked Sujamal to console Jodha for he didn't have guts to face her. Now that he could not control himself anymore, he walked towards the duo.
On one hand, Jalal headed towards them with intention of seeking forgiveness from both, brother and sister, on the other hand, Jodha requested Sujamal to run away from there.
Sujamal didn't heed any attention to her words. He knew Shahenshah was going to make up for his deed and that's why he just stood there, consoling his sister.
When Jodha realized that Sujamal was not moving a bit, and that Jalal was really closer to them, she jerked off Sujamal's hand in anger and started running from there.
