I think Jalal wanted Jodha to enter the election so that she starts getting used to accepting responsibilities. Also it would teach Ruq a lesson not to get too high-handed.

But Jalal does not want Jo to be wasting her big talents and intelligence just running the harem. It is not challenging work. So maybe the thinks after Ruq gets straightened out Ruq can continue managing the harem with more senitivity and Jo can be used for bigger and better responsibilities in the Sultanate!

Did you notice MA could hear Jalal speak of sujamal , but Jalal couldn't hear MA giving advice to Adham although he was standing next to Adham 😡, so what if he was talking to Pir Mohammed, his ears were still open right.

Mansi the episode was OK, but it looks much better with your analysis which is very different...

I also liked Jodha crying for sujamal , she is helpless asa wife she has to stood beside her husband... I think if sujamal-Shariff bond again & will fight against Jalaal, just like movie JO will side with Jalaal & may be we may see JO fighting against Sujamal...Hope CVs don't that that route...

I think Jo is clear to choose Jalaal over Sujamal, she has to be royal to her husband as a wife and also she knows Jalaal wa not wrong and also asked her opinion in this matter...

JJ scene also good with Jalaal telling how he can sens what's happening in JO mind ...I feel jalaal was only teasing JO, how the rules will change when JO takes & he has to come only to JO room.. Jalaal will surely want Jo to take up higher responsibilities the way this JO going to face Ruku...

I think tommorow he will challange JO to prove herself innocent and may be the kid will tell JO about Hoshiyaar and may be JO will herself bring the truth from hoshyaar infront of Jalaal...

MA listens to Sujamal and will try to bring MU between JJ, but this time i want JJ believe each other and JJ gets to know that MA tried to bring MU between them... Somehow I want this time MA will be caught...

Mansi, ofcourse TE does not want Mirchi to be wasting herself on Harem Management!!!😉😆

As I had said earlier, TE wants to clean up his Empire on issues of religion and treatment of POWs and slaves etc. And he can only do this if he sets the example in his own home and his Mirchi is the only one who has the same sense of justice and humaneness that he has too see the situation and set things right in his home - ofcourse she can only do it with him backing her - toh this harem management is only for him to get the reforms underway.

Also he has realised that Jodha has not accepted herself as a part of his family and as his wife thanks mainly due to Ruqs making her feel as a third wheel - she thinks she is impinging on Ruqs territory - so TE is making her take that place which he has given her - Remember his thoughts after Ben 'Kaash aapne apni jagah chodi nahin hoti' and he realised this from the Khema incident, the chess game and finally the boat ride - and he did try to tell her not to feel guilt but our Jodha and her convoluted thinking!!! - So he got the chance with the Aziza Mazar kissa and he grabbed it with both hands - this is his way of making his Chudail realise that she is 'his chudail' just as he is 'her tedha shahenshah'!!! About time that she does break the barriers that she has created in a false sense of guilt!!!

As for the Kanha murti issue and the Precap (very interesting btw since I am sure the creatives are going to give us something as such!!!) - My take, he may praise her for equalizing the situation in the harem since this gives all an opportunity to pray their way!!! - Bechari Ruqs, kare woh aur credit le jaaye Jodha - This is the same as Satyabhama planting the Parijaat tree in her garden but the flowers falling in Rukmini's garden!!!
