Was another pleasant episode. And yeah, the Shove issue has to be resolved if the love story is to progress. Jalal mentioned it twice yday. Pata nahin why Jodha s keeping quiet , but when have they ever shown why Jo does what she does or says 😛 . It entirely lies in the CV s hands how much they r going to prolong this I d say.

Yes we are at the mercies of the CVs- I tried yelling at the tv screen for Jodha to speak and it didn't work 😉

In the meanwhile , am enjoying the cute Marwari couple & their nokjoks & eye locks. Our Jo was secretly pleased with her pati s lingual hunar I say 😉 . It was good to see both Jo & Ja reminiscing on their first meet 😳 . Jodha especially recalling his face in the water during Gangaur attests to the fact that she s accepted her destined whole heartedly at last .

Yea, it reminds me of what she told her Mom when it started to rain and thought it was an apshagun- she said something like jo bhi hote hain ache kehliye hota hai.

Jalal talking about the Ben kaand arrows incident & clarifying was another pleasant watch. They need this open communication for any grudges & MUs to be resolved.

Yup as I said elsewhere...this is that last bit that keeps them from accepting the Mohabbat bit...so, this precious awkwardness still looms and I'm loving it! We know how horridly Indian serials forget about romance once the mohabbat acceptance/SR is done..so I don't mind this bitter/sweet stretching...

(2) Looking at other posts, it looks like many folks liked the focused gaze on the foot and Jodha shyly hiding her feet. 😉

(3) the Mughal soldier who arrests them recognizes their love for each other. Yeh Jodha kab samjegi? 😆

I swear...he's guarded after the shove and she after the Benazir incident...so, yes they both need to unravel the letter MU for them to get rid of all such apprehensions!

(4) The journey to getting rid of the tax seems to be that of Jalal on his own: When they asked for the pilgrimage tax, I expected Jodha to give a baashan on the tax and Jalal will decide to get rid of it. However, instead, we see Jalal taking extreme efforts to understand what his people are going through both in the jail and the whipping tomorrow. Hence, it shows a transformed Jalal / Akbar trying to understand what his people need instead of Jodha guiding him, as she did in the Tasleem track. I would love if this is continued to be shown as Jalal's brain-child.

Tasneem was a low point...but, there have been other incidents where he has solved the issues by himself...though they haven't shown much of it...

(5) Other nok jhok: Loved Jodha's concern for Jalal throughout from the scene where she says she wants to rest so Jalal to rest to the precap. Also, loved Jalal's sense of humor when he instructs his soldiers to call him sethji, shows off his Marwari accent to his gharwali (how nice that sounded), and accepted to stealing in jail (was he referring to his Jodha begum's heart?) I am coupling all these scenes together as they brought one big smile to my face in culmination. 😃

Loved ALL those scenes!

Some other thoughts:

So, what was with not showing the precap I have watched yesterday's precap so many times that I can live without seeing it today if only they had not wasted so much screen space to Cheapudhin, AK. I can even take the Javeda scene as it was great for her to test if MA is a vishkanya

Actually for some reason...I wouldn't dismiss those two scenes..they balanced out an otherwise sweet episode..Javeda's comic timing yesterday was amazing...

and the Shareef Adham bits show there is some problem looming for Akdha once they get back!

Hope this journey of Jalal and Jodha lasts for a while - their Ajmer trip was too short- this better be longer. We still haven't seen the spoiler pic with Jodha's glass bangles which gives me hope.

OMG...please i want it to be at least 2 weeks with proper insight into their sleeping arrangements

Adalyon ki sultanate was so funny! We have mallika-e-khaas and now we will have mallika-e-adaliyon. 😊 Now a days he is a little more careful with his teekhi mirchi in case she puts up a deewaar again- the poor guy! He starts to rile her up and then stops.

Yes, very funny. He asked so innocently.

3.) Jalal's loving gaze on Jodha's alta-paayal decorated feet & she, shyly ,covering them. 😳

Our only Hope is our Jodha Devi tells her she accepts him as her husband- dekhne se kuch nahin hota.

Am a sucker for this Mills&Boon kind of a romance😳 but something about the back episodes was very disturbing 😲 I was amazed to see what JA does to JO and her entire khandaan during the Ruq MC track... what a creep he was! I got shivers of hate albeit some 5 months later. I know JA was supposed to be this monster and all but the way he has been lashing out on JO its just loathe worthy 😡.
Anyhow the negativity seems to have mellowed down quite a bit but they shouldn't get back to creating unnecessary MUs just to stretch the serial.It's high time we restore some pride to JO

I like where the leads are right now! they have see sawed quite a bit.
