Even if he wanted to ignore her he couldn't all the way because they are cousins and blood is thicker than water. so he isn't ignoring her, hejust doing what he promised God mannat

Dear in the first place; he didnt ignore ruqq any time... he never loved her as a lover...but she was his best friend n khaze begum which she was ,she is n she will be... thing is that even she didnt feel ignored by jallu.she is insecure of her audha as jo n jallu getting closer... she has problem wit thier improving relation or else she has no problem even he spends his night with jo or anyone else... n jallu what he feels for jo is different than what he feels for ruqqu... he didnt get any selfless love from any of his begums which he is yearning to feel through out his life... whch even ruqqu failed to give... his heart some where knows jodha is the one who can fullfill it... but from the begining Jallu n ruqqs relation is same...

buddy jallu wil never ignore ruks may b if she does ny mistakes by joining hands wid maham also jus lik bakshi he may distance himself wid ruks for smetime but he cant ignore her n dey wil patch up again...just v saw yday ruks punishment of ben is nothing wen compared to jo sacrifice..but stil he preferd ruks in first place n awarded her sme fort(which i dint expect n dat too in bens case😲)ruks audha power dominated her love for jalal yday..she loves jalal den she shud go along wid him no matter whether other wives accompany him or not she just said her audha wil b low if she goes wid dem n refused to go wid jallu...n one more thing is ruks wil never go in commener costume v viewers know n jallu also knows may b dats y he dint force her to cme wid him...she gav shocking look wen she came to know jo went in commener dress may b she wud hv thoght dat no 1 can go lik dat...just once jo said to ruks if at all nyone cmes bw jallu n ruks its ruks only n dats true...if he loves jo it wil never harm jallu ruks relationship until n unless she herself join hands wid maham n plot to separat jo from jallu...buddy i seriously dnt undrstand dis ruks she wil go on sayin him as best frn but in dis serial wer jallu bitterly cried four to five times n he needed a shoulder to cry on n care from nyone n i dint see ruks in any of it consoling him whether its bairamkhan death,bakshi matter she neither behaved as bestfrn nor wife who shud not leave him at dat time...but jo on other hand even in ghrina phase she applied lep n all n cudnt see him wen he is hurt n jallu himself told in rejection night dat he liked her boldness her zidd..inspite of 10 yrs of maried lif stil he is lonely n jus nw he came to know dat his ehsaas feelings for jo, care from her,n dil for jo so at this time nyone wil crave to spend wid dem in dat loneliness n dats wat he is dng now...this doesnt mean he wil ignore ruks n their relationship wil b harmed..

Jalal will never ignore ruqaiyya .

Jalaal didn't ignore ruqu, but she herself don't want to go with him & also salima for the sake of JO... Jalaal went to JO room only to inform her he is going alone that too as a commoner & he knows JO will feel happy... But Jo turned it down with HB help & he couldn't deny it, as somewhere he wants to enjoy with her... Jalaal knows ruqu didn't bother much as she don't want to go with him ..

Jala can't be ever right ignoring ruku and loving only Jo, in fact ignoring any old relationship for sake of the new one can't be justified..
