But, think in another way. Jalal almost confessed his love for her that fateful night and wanted to take the relationship to the next level, even that he did only after getting the "paigam" from Jodha and he is still in misconception that Jodha said "i love u" in that letter and still shoved him to the ground when he tried to get closer. His ego as an emperor is deffo hurt.
Not only that... please try and understand that this is 14th century where multiple marriages in any religion were common. The only way to keep your husband to yourself was 'physical satisfaction' - atleast thats the least expectation when you are hardly in early 20s and the hormones are raging. All these time from the wedding day, he has been trying to please her, did not punish her for the wrong doings she committed which normally would have been punishable.
Yes... he also made mistakes and blunders from his part too, he also apologized for some of them. But, tell me what is wrong in a husband expecting his conjugal rights from a woman he married. The fact is, Jalal fell for Jodha's beauty at first sight and married her which he himself doesnt' acknowledge as yet. So, the basic instinct of a human being is kindled here and he expects that satisfaction from Jodha.
Am not against Jodha here.. but, defenitely, she is more intelligent than many other Princess and now Queen. So, she should be able to understand her feelings for him and also get those same feelings in the eyes of Jalal too.

Yes i agree that jalaal fall for Jodha's beauty and married her.. But for Jodha it's pure hated, the women who wanted to see his death, but got to marred to Jalaal which she is think is Jallaad...
If Jodha has given physical right as a dutiful wife, after marriage. Jalaal probably would have used her & thrown her like many harem women. Jalaal would have proudly told her he had now crushed her down, cut her wings, now she should be waiting for him all her life...
That's what Jalaal wanted after he got married, as he doesn't have any feelings towards her that time, it was pure lust to have her... JO rejection that time only irked them say, he will not touch her,as it only increases her auda...
Soon he started to realize more than beauty, he is amazed of her hunar and warmth and love she showers to others. . He wanted her to love him, care for him , comfort him, satisfy him physically & emotionally be his wife which none there for him not even Ruqu failed as a wife..
But now this rejection has hurt him more... he is still confused & hurt why JO is still rejecting him, previously she hated him, but now there no hatred, but why she not accepting him as husband is what he unable to understand. WHAT SHE WANTS ... is the question going on in his mind...
He as an emperor can give her any thing, any auda, prizes, material things, where every women is after him, he is now going after her...
But JO is after to acquire Jalaal heart, (which he himself, Ruqu & others ) think doesn't exist...She is going to find the route & will rule that heart, which belong to her only...
I still remember JO words to jalaal on his birthday---- " I WILL GIVE YOU THE PRESENT WHICH NONE HAS GIVEN YOU TILL NOW "...
So Jo is also going to take THE RARE PRESENT HIS HEART BY GIVING HER BODY & SOUL to him...
Jodha not allowing him is what attracting & driving him much more towards her...It's like a soup infornt of you , you want to taste it but can't. till you will finish your work... What you will do, you quickly finish that work and re laxly enjoy the soup..
So Jalaal is going to do everything to win her heart, as he knows that " SABAR KA PHAL MEETA HOTHA HAI" ..GOT SALIM (his son)...
