Yes Mayhem will fervently wish the Jodha dies, BUT when Jodha lives Mayhem will realise first that from now on Jalal will not let anybody trouble Jodha,

I also get irritated seeing Mayhem, today also she popped in between Jalal, Jodha & Ruk scene, but Jalal just did not talk with her. Jalal just gave her a look and talked with Rukayya

It has to be very big thing happening to Jalal, for him transforming of his thinking
Mayhem should get increasingly sidelined because if Jalal starts to look at himself differenly he will look at her differently too

Shivani track will be a reminder about WHO ruined Mugal pride more. If he does not act against Shivani and Mayhem protests he will not listen to her
Mayhem will learn she is losing her hold on Jalal slowly

If the letter MU is revealed she will lose face big time with him
