I think in Jalal rescuing Benazir scene what they showed might be a river or stream which, is ever flowing and not stagnant like well. Moreover, river has larger quantity of the water than the well and may be the poison effect got diluted. Also, there is a possibility that Ben might have not had her full dose of poison yet the day and that might have made her poison weak with no impact.

Guys, the soldiers who pulled Ben out of the well didn't drink that water and also the water where she fell down to attract Jalal towards her was not a drinking water source. So whoever drank the water died and not the others. So it is not blooper.
