How I wished precap was not a dream, just like the entire forum. Alas, we have to deal with Ben for another week atleast.

I did not mind the googly bowled at us right at the beginning ,and as you have described it so well, there were many compensations in the episode. Just a few more points.

Jalal's face, after Jodha leaves the DEK once his catechism was finished, was a study in brooding introspection, and Rajat brought that off splendidly. He looked like a Van Dyke portrait ready to be framed. He is ruminating over what precisely made her do that, and probably telling himself that it could not be pure jealousy. I am sure he wondered as to whether Jodha was right in her accusation against Benazir

It remains to be seen how this is developed. In the precap, he seemed on the point of asking her WHY she had done it. Again, Rajat's face was as smooth as marble, unnaturally and, possibly, deceptively calm.

Of course the wife vs vamp scene between Jodha and Benazir was a pure delight, so splendidly predictable, with Jodha pulling out all the Rajvanshi stops. I was a tad surprised, then pleased, that she did not let on the KT, in vintage Jodha style, that it was she who had deliberately avoided pincushioning her. Our Jodha Begum is on a learning track, it seems! If the KT had been told that, she would have very soon found a way to dispose of Jodha Begum, as being far too dangerous.

It was also such a pleasure to see Benazir looking so downmarket next to Jodha, and to be able to look forward to seeing Salima and Jodha traipsing around togged up in daasi's clothes. Jodha looked delightful in Moti's clothes in Amer,but I don't know about Salima. And by the time they are changed and ready to take up the chase. Benazir would be long out of sight!

Last but not the least, I would have forgiven Jodha all her follies, past, present and future, for that splendid addition to our lexicon of choice Jodhaisms, grhinit jantu! I was hysterical with laughter every time I rewound the recording and watched that bit once more. Oh, Lord, it has set me off again!

Thanks Shyamala. I was thinking about you and your post when the scene played out. You are so right, if it was upto Jodha she would have just gotten rid of Ben completely, that indeed is her goal!

I agree that Jalal now feels Jodha attacked Ben for a reason..My post says that also..He knows his Jodha well, she would not harm anyone without a reason. How I hope this keval gyaan is expanded more and he puts jasoos on Ben..Full on agree with you on RT's expression during his conversation with Jodha. They were bang on right..He is such a talented actor...

I never enjoy the catty fights between women, but man Jo Ben ka aamna samna was masaledaar dhamakedaar and all other daars...PS was so good there, her expressions were spot on...She is one fearless lady, no wonder apna Jalal is latto over her. You are such a good observer, I forgot that Jo did not tell Ben about her teerandaazi. Atleast hid some information from the enemy..She is learning well from her TEDA Jalal, although CVs are not letting him be TEDA anymore...

Jodha ki vocabulary is subhan allah! Jalal hota to kehte hai yeh naya hunar hai aap mein naam dene ka! He would have felt eternal peace that the durga maa roop is not for him anymore, its on Ben..Alas, he missed this one..But may be in future he will witness something similar. I can imagine RT's expression of happiness when he sees Jodha in durga maa roop for Ben!

this boat ride was a contrast to Akdha boat ride...jallu did not even bother to help ben get on the boat and also his eyes was more interested to look into the water rather than ben's face while during Akdha boat ride...his eyes was fully on jodha...well not much interested in Benja torture...but this boat ride brought me back to our golden era of JA...Akdha boat ride our fav scenes till date...i miss those moments...i hope after ben's crap ends...Akdha takes a long boat ride away from Agra Mental Asylum...they badly need a vacation to sort their issues...and this can only happen if they are away from that jinxed place

Jodha's Maa Kali Avatar

i am so happy that the precap we saw last week was a dream...becos if it happens for real...there is no way jodha can prove ben is a vishkanya instead she will be punish and might even face a death sentence for murder...

but the women truly dons a Maa Kali avatar to save her husband from all evils surrounded him...and when she wakes up from her dream...i love the way she had a different plan in her mind...instead of killing the snake women...she shoots arrow right in the river so that the boat ride is stopped...which will make jallu and team to U turn back to Agra...what a plan lady...

it looks like our old intelligent...fiery...warrior Rajvanshi Jodha is back in this scenes...the women who is not only known for her beauty and intelligence but also for her fiery and warrior attitude and skills...

after the havoc in the river...jodha brought moti and salima through a secret passage...the same secret passage which jallu brought jodha on during suicide track that leads the way to the harem...where no eyes can see them...

Akdha eye-locks speak volumes...jodha's eyes spoke victory and jallu's eyes spoke "i know lady...you are the one responsible for all the chaos at the river"...from the eye-locks itself...he knows it jodha is responsible

Akdha Convo in DEK

its one of the most cutest convo of Akdha...jodha couldn't even lie...her eyes was enough for jallu to know that she was responsible for the attack...and she did not meant to harm him but stop him from going out with ben...he knows earlier who has done it...but he wants to hear it from jodha's mouth...through her mouth could not reveal it...but her eyes gives all the answers he wanted...

jallu's expressions shows he enjoys jodha's such attention...the possessiveness she feels for him and he loves it...this was what he is yearning for all his life from his wives...but all fails to show it...at last his fate gift him his wish in form of jodha...

the last and not least...he knows the truth why didn't he punish her...well the answer is becos"he loves her too much and could not see her in pain"

this convo b/w DEK is the main highlight of the epi...beautifully directed and executed...Parijat sizzles with their chemistry in just eye-talking...their eyes speaks more volumes than their words

Salima-Jodha Convo

jodha told salima that jallu knows the truth that she was the attacker...but in a dilemma why didn't he punish her and salima use the word "mohabbhat" and jodha madam change the topic easily even w/o listening to the full words...even salima could see Akdha are madly in love...but the two dumbos are so high on ego clashes that they don't understand that they have fallen in love with each other

many epic romances will be shown in future too in that mental asylum...the cvs might even add a epic romance for MA...but our Akdha will be still stuck on denial mode with their ghisa phita dialogue "humara paas di nahin hai....humare maan mein shahenshah ke liye aisa bhaav nahin hai"

The Moral Of The Two Scenes (Akdha Convo In DEK and Salima-Jodha Convo)is Akdha doesn't need words to understand each other...their eyes is enough to convey their message and understand each other...

oh got...i fall off from my couch when jodha says "ghrinit jaantu"...where does jodha finds such amazing sudh hindi words in her dictionary...and she was too cute saying those words...

well this scenes is a typical EK scenes where the leading lady and vamp both have war of words...another stupidity...can't all the leading ladies keep their mouth shut for once...why is that they need blurt everything to the vamps...just when i though old jodha is back in full form...this scene was a huge slap on my face to know jodha is still dumb in certain matters

well from the war of words...jodha was a mixture of parvati maa and satyavan savitri who will risk her life to save her husband lord shiva and satyavan...when two strong ladies immerse as one soul and fighting for one purpose...its Maa Kali...another glimpse into jodha as Maa Kali Avatar...jodha completely took Maa Kali Avatar...loved the confident she had in her eyes that ben have to face her before going to jodha...truly a wife...and the promise she took during saat phere that she will save her husband from all harm...

a small hint towards the future...ben has been hinting of biting jodha...it looks like jodha will risk her life for jallu...ben might bite jodha thus she is expose as vishkanya infront of jallu and DEK and Evil team of Agra...there is no other way to prove rather than taking the bite...and even jodha hinted that ben has to face her before going to jallu...thus this is what being plan

well read many posts...saying she cares for jallu...and what i saw was completely opposite...jallu is hurt...blood is oozing out from his hands...but hooka begum is more interest to screw the soldiers up when jallu has already given his orders to them what should be done...her main preference should be jallu at the moment...who looks low...and is hurt...as a wife...she should have been putting those medicines on jallu's hands rather than hakim...he needed a wife at that moment...but madam was giving orders...i know begum-e khaas is giving orders and all...but then that can be done after comforting jallu...no wonder there was no reaction from jallu as he knows this was expected from his begum-e-khaas...

Jodha As The True Healer And Wife For Jallu

i know jallu taunts were little bit harsh...but he told the truth...she cause him pain and she is the one who heals him...once again hinting towards rejection night all over again...jodha cause him pain by breaking his heart that night and also heals him by showing her care...concern...jealousy...possessiveness for him...i wonder when rahim will read the letter...i hope jodha understand his meaning...more than the wounds in his hands...he was talking abt the wounds in his heart which cause by her...he is madly in love with her...both can read each other eyes...but can't read the love they have for each other in their eyes

moti was so right during her convo with jodha in last fri epi...jallu was looking so sad...heartbroken...lonely in this scenes...
