Anj I need subtitles fr the divan e khaas scene 😆 ..the hindi is out of my grasp 🤣 .
What I'm saying is just making a law now doesn't mean the marriages that have already taken place hv bcm invalid in Islam. The Shahenshah always requires Qazi's to approve any man made law, that it does not go against Shariah. Anyway, from what I've seen these Qazi's reflect Ektas version of islam...lol... So we'll just have to wait fr Jodhas solution. .rofl
Aadham Khan wasn't making sense ... one moment he says Ruk n Jalal marriage is invalid according to the law...nxt moment he says Jalal has to give her divorce 😕 ... How does that work out? 😆

Eggjactly - if marriage is invalid then solution is re-marriage not divorce. If marriage is valid, but the concern is that it was child marriage then also there is no need for divorce - the solution is those who as adults don't object to their illegal child marriage can stay married and those who wish to object can do so and get divorce. So, then ball lies with Jal-Ruq if they do or don't divorce. These people know the art of making simple things complex - it must be why they write SARIALS.

So remarriage without a divorce? (As we learnt that once divorced then cannot straight away get married again ...per Islamic law).
That would work I think... (Not sure if Islam permits though).
Assuming its permitted, he can say existing couples who got married before the age of 14 can choose to get remarried if the girl wishes to stay married ...otherwise they can divorce..
This also gives relief to those girls married under pressure.. but then in that era once divorced, I didn't think the girl had a life..

What youu say will create chaos many husband like adham will be more than willing to let go off their aged wives to marry young girls 😡😕 jalal we know will marry ruqu but other men are not so great best is he says all who are married come and register at local body like mansaba and law will be applicable from today not backwards dates,

No No
I meant if the if the girl wishes to stay married
Not if the man wished to stay married.
But - u have a point, people could misuse it.

Perhaps Jalal will come out with same solution and then ... next two weeks will be Jalal - Ruq marriage track😊

By the way, good to see your post here. I use to read (and like) your posts in BV forum.
