Halala divorce and remarry

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

The term 'Halala' is when a man who has irrevocably divorced his wife, and they (or some people) intentionally plan and arrange for another person to temporarily marry the (divorced) wife, so that the wife can become legal again for the first husband. This intentional plotting and planning for arranging the temporary marriage of the divorced wife with another person to intentionally circumvent the Laws of Allah and make her legal for her first husband is what is known as 'Halala'.

It is absolutely impermissible and a grave sin in the sight of Allah for the believers to plan such a 'halala' to intentionally circumvent and make a mockery of the Laws of Allah Subhanah.The Messenger of Allah (saws) invoked the Curse of Allah on the people who practiced 'halala' and on those for whom it was practiced.

Sunan of Abu-Dawood Hadith 2071 Narrated by Ali ibn AbuTalib

The Prophet (saws) said: 'The Curse of Allah be upon the one who marries a divorced woman with the intention of making her lawful for her former husband, and upon the one for whom she is made lawful!'

Under any and all circumstances, the process of what is known as 'halala' is not even an option for one who sincerely fears Allah and the Last Day.

i dont like adam but considering 16th century i feel this point is valid

i think this is where jalal will get to know that jodha have quality to have politics knowledge where she can come out from this political suitation

showing real seyashi quality of a real begum.

Hi,
I haven't seen the epi yet , but have to say one thing...since it is 16th century , hence probably this much humbum is being created abt this issue...becoz , as per today's law on Underage marriages, it is law that if both the parties do not report against /complain within 2 yrs of their respective adulthood attainment, then the marriage is considered legal, even if it was done during childhood.
May be Ekta will show something in this line only ... However , the Real Akbar set the rule of minimum reqd age for marriage as 14yrs for Girls and 16 yrs for Boys.

there is no way that jalal can divorce ruku,its not in history and not a small thing so not happening,waiting to see how jalal or jodha get a solution to this.

nice post.

but I am just going to clarify on one thing that Halala shouldn't be done with the intention of divorce already in your mind cuz that will be against the Islamic rules and definetly if nobody else; Allah Almighty knows what is in your hearts and minds. it is haram to do it with the intention of divorce. and the other thing is that the two people who are doing halala marriage have to consummate according to Shria.

but I think they wont go that deep. this track might be to end the rift between ruqu and jodha and bring akdha closer.
