Jalal's soul mentioned rightly...

Ruqaiyya gave me a gift which blinded me (literally)😆...and Jodha gave me a gift that opened my eyes!

😛😆 I am sorry guys...but I was rolling with laughter when I saw him enter all glittery...😆...i ws like.. Where r my shades...its ws a bit wierd...😛...but jalal is cute...very very cute😳

Don't be sorry...I was a bit weirded out myself... it was RT so it was bearable...anyone else and they'd have looked a bit 'ermmm' 😆

They could have just given him a fully embroidered Golden tunic (a really heavy one) without all the dazzling disco light effects...

I can so imagine a spoof on this scene - all the courtiers sitting with their coolers before the shehenshah arrives like people in a 3D movie waiting for the show to start...

😆

but then again, that and Jalal's Ruq-Jo gift comparison was my only complaint..the rest of the episode was fantabulous!

For me the highlight was Jalal remembering Jo's gift in front of the fire and Jodha remembering Jalal's gift in front of Kanhaji...

also, Jalal's expression when he remembers Jo's gift is Mashallah! so grim, so serious...

i agree with Lashy...there was no need for any comparison...he should have praised her gift as also best instead of replacing it ...and he knows how ruqaiyya reacts hence he should have been careful but i think he was too overwhelmed and touched by jodha to even think about anything else...it took him a whole night to realise what he did and he landed the next morning to placate her...am happy he did that

but ruqaiyya is no fool ..she can sense the shifting dynamics in Ja and Jo...it is scaring her already ..i wonder how long will he be able to placate her ...his words did not seem to convince her much even though he was honest
