Ruks asks Hoshiyaar if he had given the message to Jodha to visit her, Jodha comes, Ruks greets her and asks her to take seat. Ruqu asks her if she was in love with Jalal . Jodha denies .. Having any special feelings for him.
Ruqu asks if she was sad that she had lost his child .. She had observed Jodha staring at Jalal with teary eyes and that he too had tears in his eyes ...
Jodha replies that she was not hating him any more.But she was sympathising with Jalal.She was now aware of his pain.There was a difference in living close and being close to someone ...
Ruqu tells Jodha that she was happy that she was satisfied that Jodha was not in love with Jalal ... Because she could not tolerate any woman other than herself loving Jalal more that her ... And Jalal being in love with any other woman ..
Jodha then asks her if she was in love with jalal whether she loved him for his position and wealth or did she love him as a wife as a woman .. As a lover ..
Ruqu declines replying to her queries ... She says she did not need to reply to any of her Ques .. When how much . How long ...and whether she loved Jalal .. It was her own matter ,she tells Jodha to leave.
Jodha leaves the room,with her last query to Ruqu that she should ask herself whether she loved Jalal as his lover or was she happy to be the chief begum of the sultanat.Was she just happy with her position.Ruqu looks at her furiously.
Next morning Adham khan lures a young daughter of a baandi into his room with promise of jewellery.Moti bai notices this and informs Jodha as they do the tulasi puja. That Adham had lusty eyes on that young girl. Jodha is thoughtful.
They proceed with the puja.
Jodha is feeding the pigeons when Jalaal comes and helps Rahim in flying the kite. Moti comments that a person who can handle a kite's string this well will never falter while handling the strings of relationship. Jalaal hnds over the reins of the kite and prepares to leave. The kite starts dipping and Jodha runs to save the kite. Jalaal asks if she was looking for a way to talk to you. Jodha denies but then starts to say about BB when Jalaal stops her and leaves. Just then Rahim says that the kite is coming down. Jodha takes the string but her eyes are fixed on the retreating form of Jalaal. Jalaal too turns at Rahim's voice and they have an eyelock.
In her room Javedha is getting ready with new jewellery.And admiring herself in the mirror. Tasneem comes and informs her that subedar Adham had sent her to Javedha.Adham then enters the room.gives a new heavy gold necklace to the girl .
Javedha then tells her to accept his gift.
Adham tells the girl to come to his room when ever she wanted an jewellery . Javedha says she was pleased with his kindness towards the young girl .. If they had had any daughter at the right time she would be of her age .. Adham smiles .. Hameeda has called all the royal ladies to her room ..Jodha , Ruqu, MA , Salima, Javedha, Gulbadan, jiji anga ... Discussing upcoming birthday of jalal ..
All promise that jashn would be like every year ..all decide to do their best for jalal Or even more it would be different from other yrs only by the fact that Bakshi will not be present MA agrees Bakshi could not be forgiven ..
Javeda comes to MA and tells her about AK gifting the necklace to Tasneem. While Javeda praises AK, Resham is smirking silently and MA is confused and worried.
A soldier asks Sharifuddin about the real intentions behind creating rift between Jodha-Jalal, Sharif recalls the FB about him lusting after Jodha, how he wanted to marry Jodha but Jalal got married to Jodha and then how he played a trick after returning from Amer.
