that episode where the ameri folk singers were praising jodha's beauty in front of jalal,before their marriage...after rewarding them he warns them to never praise jodha...why?did he not want anyone to praise her at that time or was he possessive even then that no one else should get to hear how beautiful jodha was.

Jalal has always been crazily possessive of Jodha. Since they travelled from place to place Jalal didn't want them to repeat this song to any king or commoner , or any man. Sine now she was to be HIS wife!
